CYLINDER DEVICE, PRESSMACHINE, WORKPIECE CLAMPING APPARATUS, CYLINDER DEVICE ACTUATING METHOD, METHOD FOR PRESSING WORKPIECE, AND METHOD FOR CLAMPING WORKPIECE
By setting an outer circumferential surface of a second hydraulic chamber of a cylinder device to be a thin portion, hydraulic pressure increases by receiving air pressure from the second pneumatic chamber, and the thin portion expands to clamp a cylinder. Then, by the increase of the second hydraulic chamber, expansion of the thin portion in an axial direction is suppressed and the thin portion expands in a radial direction, and thus, as means for suppressing expansion in the axial direction, the thin portion is fixed from both end sides thereof with an expansion stop bolt. The expansion stop bolt fixes a lid and a lid disposed so as to sandwich pressed portions on both end sides of the thin portion or both ends of the thin portion. Further, in order to prevent the thin portion from being shrunk by tightening with the expansion stop bolt, a spacer is disposed between the pressed portions on both end sides of the thin portion.
GAS-BASED MATERIAL COMPRESSION AND PORTIONING
An apparatus includes a fixed assembly and a reciprocating assembly. The fixed assembly includes a hopper, a first gas manifold, and a dispensing chamber, and the reciprocating assembly includes a channel assembly defining a channel conduit, a shield plate vertically aligned therewith, and a second gas manifold. The reciprocating assembly may move, in relation to the fixed assembly, to a first position to enable the channel conduit to be filled with bulk compressible material from the hopper, a second position to enable compressible material to be pushed from the channel conduit to the dispensing conduit and to be compressed in the dispensing chamber according to a first gas directed through the channel conduit by the first gas manifold, and a third position to enable the compressed material to be pushed out of the dispensing conduit according to a second gas directed through the dispensing conduit by the second gas manifold.
Pressurized heat-press apparatuses and associated methods
Apparatuses for pressing and heating a material and associated methods are disclosed herein. An apparatus of the present technology includes a housing, a pressure component positioned in the housing, a linkage component coupled to the pressure component, a first heating component coupled to the linkage component, and a second heating component positioned adjacent to the first heating component. The linkage component is movable between a first position and a second position. When the linkage component is at the first position, the linkage component is positioned at a first level. When the linkage component is at the second position, the linkage component is positioned at a second level and the linkage component holds the first heating component stationary relative to the second heating component.
Device Transferring Apparatus and Device Transferring Method
The present disclosure provides a device transferring apparatus and a device transferring method, comprising: a controlling component and a punching component, the punching component is located at one side of the controlling component; the punching component comprises at least one punching head movable in a first direction; and the controlling component comprises a protruding portion corresponding to the at least one punching head and capable of protruding toward the corresponding punching head, the protruding portion pushes the punching head to move in the first direction by protruding the protruding portion.
Radial press
A housing of a radial press has a casing section and an annular end-face support disc. An annular structure is movably guided in the housing along a press axis, and multiple press jaws arranged about the press axis are supported on the support disc so as to be movably guided in the radial direction. The annular structure acts on the press jaws by means of control surfaces which are inclined relative to the press axis and which lie against press jaw counter surfaces designed in the form of sliding surfaces. The end face of the ring structure facing the support disc is designed with axial protrusions. Each control surface protrudes into the radial inner surface of one such protrusion, and the support disc has recesses which are paired with the protrusions and into which the protrusions enter when the radial press is closed.
OIL HYDRAULIC PRESS
The present disclosure provides an oil hydraulic press including a support frame, at least one main cylinder assembly and at least one fixed die table. The at least one main cylinder assembly and the at least one fixed die table are disposed in the support frame. A pressing mechanism is formed between the at least one main cylinder assembly and the at least one fixed die table. The support frame is in an annular or ring-like shape and is configured for fixing the at least one main cylinder assembly and the at least one fixed die table. The main cylinder assembly and the fixed die table can be fixed by the support frame, which forms a ring-like structure, can be operated in one, two or multiple sets in parallel, and all can realize pressing manufacture. The oil hydraulic press has less components, reduced material consumption and low manufacturing cost.
PRESS MACHINE
A pressing machine is described comprising a drive with an output shaft for generating a rotational movement. The machine also comprises a transmission which is connected on the input side to the output shaft of the drive. The transmission is connected on the output side with a swash plate. The machine also comprises a pin which is in contact with the swash plate, so that the pin during a rotational movement of the output shaft of the drive, performs a stroke movement.
HYDRAULIC OR OLEODYNAMIC OR PNEUMATIC PRESS
This invention concerns a hydraulic or oleodynamic or pneumatic press including a pressing component and a basic component or top component defining with the pressing component an area or pressing zone (PZ) in which to arrange pieces or objects (OB) to be machined.
APPARATUS FOR RECOVERING SOLVENT FROM BIOMASS
Apparatuses for recovering solvent from biomass are disclosed herein. In one example, the apparatus can include a mechanical press configured to exert pressure on wetted plant material to force liquid solvent from the plant matter so the solvent can be collected for reuse. The apparatus can also be configured to flow pressurized gas through the wetted plant matter, thereby forcing liquid solvent from the plant material so the solvent can be collected for reuse.
MODULAR PRESSING DEVICE CAPABLE OF GENERATING STAGE DOWNWARD FORCES AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE TESTING APPARATUS COMPRISING THE SAME
A modular pressing device capable of generating stage downward forces is provided. The modular pressing device comprises a non-exchangeable pressing module and an exchangeable pressing module. The non-exchangeable pressing module includes a first downward force generating unit. The exchangeable pressing module includes a second downward force generating unit. The first downward force generating unit applies a first downward force to at least one of a testing seat and an electronic device through the exchangeable pressing module. The second downward force generating unit applies a second downward force to the electronic device. Thereby, the modular pressing device is capable to generate two different downward forces to reduce the downward surge force. In addition, as the exchangeable pressing module is worn, the exchangeable pressing module can be replaced quickly such that the maintenance cost can be effectively reduced and the stability of the apparatus can be enhanced.
