Controller and control method
A controller is configured to adjust, by increasing or decreasing an amount of a lubricant mixed with the powdery material, an amount of a lubricant applied to an inner circumference of a die bore and tips, or a time to mix the lubricant to be mixed with the powdery material and the powdery material, in accordance with whether or not the molded product has defectiveness, a pressure applied to the lower punch pushing the molded product out of the die bore, a temperature of the die bore, the upper punch, or the lower punch, a temperature of the powdery material, or a humidity of the powdery material.
Delivery device, mold using same, and delivery method
A delivery device includes a first fluid supply path to supply first fluid, a second fluid supply path to supply second fluid to be mixed with the first fluid for obtaining a mixture, a mixing chamber to which first and second fluid supply paths are connected and in which the first and second fluids are mixed, and a delivery port for delivering the mixture from the mixing chamber, in which the first fluid supply path is connected to a downstream side end part in the flow direction of the mixing chamber, the second fluid supply path is connected to the upstream side end part in the flow direction of the mixing chamber, and the delivery port is provided on a side wall of the mixing chamber between the downstream side end part and the upstream side end part.
Footwear manufacturing process
A method of reclaiming used tennis balls and transforming the material reclaimed from the tennis balls into soles for footwear. This multi-step process requires acquiring used tennis balls, grinding the tennis balls into ground rubber bits (usable elements) and tennis ball fuzz (unusable elements). The rubber and fuzz are passed through a screen which allows the rubber bits to exit the screen but retains the fuzz. The rubber is then mixed with an H.sub.2O and Polyurethane mixture to form a rubber mixture. This mixture is then pressed to a desired thickness in a hydraulic press, cured, and then cut out into a desired shoe sole shape and size which can be used to manufacture footwear.
LUBRICATION ATOMIZATION FOR A GAS CYLINDER ARRANGEMENT
A manifold system that includes a cylinder assembly formed at least partially or fully of a manifold housing; a fluid reservoir; a gas cylinder assembly that is fluidly connected to the fluid reservoir by a fluid supply conduit fluidly; and wherein atomized non-solid lubricant that flows into a cylinder sleeve of the gas cylinder assembly is used to at least partially or fully lubricate an inner surface of an interior chamber of the cylinder sleeve during the operation of the gas cylinder assembly.
SERVO PRESS MACHINE
A servo press machine includes an eccentric shaft, a connecting rod, a slide, an eccentric shaft-side sliding surface, a connecting rod-side sliding surface, an oil supply port, and a supply mechanism. The oil supply port opens on the eccentric shaft-side sliding surface or the connecting rod-side sliding surface, and supplies a lubricant between the eccentric shaft-side sliding surface and the connecting rod-side sliding surface. The supply mechanism supplies the lubricant to the oil supply port. The eccentric shaft-side sliding surface is formed on the eccentric shaft that is rotationally driven by a servomotor. The oil supply port is formed on the connecting rod-side sliding surface of the connecting rod that moves upward and downward due to the rotational driving of the eccentric shaft.
PUNCH-SEALING STRUCTURE FOR TABLET PRESS AND TABLET PRESS USING THE SAME
The present invention provides a punch-sealing structure for a tablet press, the punch-sealing structure includes: a punch holder having a plurality of guide holes formed circumferentially with regular intervals; punches axially vertically moving through the guide holes of the punch holder; and sleeves magnetically coupled to the punch holder and sealing outer sides of the punches protruding from the guide holes of the punch holder.

SPRAY HEAD FOR SUPPLYING AT LEAST ONE DIE OF A FORMING MACHINE WITH LUBRICATING COOLANT, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SUCH A SPRAY HEAD
A spray head for suppling at least one die of a forming machine with lubricating coolant, said forming machine comprising a lower die and an upper die, is preferably produced by rapid manufacturing and is designed as a single piece to a large extent. The use of rapid manufacturing allows the production of the most varied configurations, such as stabilizing honey-comb structures or drip points, which allow a more advantageous design of the spray head.
SLIDING FRICTIONAL FORCE GENERATION MECHANISM BY FITTING AND DIE CUSION FOR PRESS MACHINE
A sliding frictional force generation mechanism includes a metal hole member having a hole, a metal shaft member fitted in the hole of the hole member in an axially slidable manner, and a lubrication mechanism configured to supply lubricating oil serving as a cooling medium between the holed ember and the shaft member. The shaft member is fitted in the hole in an interference fit state.
