ADAPTABLE HYDRAULIC PRESS
A hydraulic press includes a press assembly moveable in relation to a support assembly by actuation of an actuator to provide a compressive force between the top platen and the bottom platen. The press assembly includes a top platen, a counter balance, and at least one platen guide rod interconnected between the top platen and the counter balance. The support assembly includes a bottom platen, a base frame, and at least one counter balance guide rod interconnected between the bottom platen and the base frame. The actuator is mounted between the bottom plate and the counter balance. The actuator is interchangeable with another actuator to change the compressive force of the hydraulic press.

A crowning method applied to a press brake including an upper table and a lower table as being vertically opposed to each other and including first slits opened in right and left directions on both right and left sides of the upper table or the lower table, is by deforming end sides of upper portions or lower portions of the first slits of the upper table or the lower table upward or downward to carry out a crowning regulation.
Dynamic balance device for press machine
A dynamic balance device for a press machine includes a plurality of cam portions which transmit a vertical motion of a slide to a balance weight to move the balance weight in a reverse direction of the vertical motion of the slide. The cam portions are each movable in a direction substantially orthogonal to a moving direction of the slide, and each include a first inclined surface and a second inclined surface. The first inclined surface has an inclination angle corresponding to an inclination angle of an inclined surface formed on a member which is provided integrally with the slide and vertically moves with the slide. The second inclined surface has an inclination angle corresponding to an inclination angle of an inclined surface formed on the balance weight.

The invention relates to a press for producing a component from a fibre-composite material, which is designed as a membrane press, comprising a press frame (15), a press lower part (3) on which a mould (4) is arranged, a press upper part (5) having a pressure chamber (6) that can be sealed against the press lower part (3), one or more press cylinders (9) which are supported on the press frame and act on the press upper part (5) and/or the press lower part (3), a membrane (11) that can be tensioned over the mould (4), a vacuum pump (12) with which a vacuum can be generated on a side of the membrane (11), for example on the underside, characterised in that the press frame is designed as a C-frame with an upper horizontal C-arm, a lower horizontal C-frame and a vertical C-base.
Press for a Casting Machine and Casting Machine
The invention relates to a press for a casting machine and a casting machine with such a press. The press has a baseplate, an upper frame and a movable clamping platen, with two front columns and two rear columns arranged at the corner zones of the plates and at the corner zones of the upper frame. These columns extend through suitable through openings in the movable clamping platen and are fixed to the baseplate at the stationary upper frame. The press is characterized in that the front columns have a greater distance from one another than the rear columns. Because of this, essentially wider or longer permanent molds or those with side-protruding slides, up to a width corresponding to the increased distance apart of the front columns, may be inserted into the area between the baseplates and the movable clamping platen, and removed again. This means that better use can be made of the pressure and pressing capacity of the press, while the press is similarly or comparably simple, stable and compact in design and as advantageous for production and maintenance as conventional presses with columns arranged in a rectangle.
HEAT PRESS DEVICES
A heat press device is provided that includes a support structure, a first platen and a heating element assembly that includes a heating element and a second platen. The heat press device further includes a movement assembly configured to change a pressure state between the first platen and the second platen when the heat press device is in a closed configuration. The heat press device can also include an indicator that is configured to convey the pressure state between the first platen and the second platen when the heat press device is in the closed configuration.

A balanced panel punch drive system. The system includes a main hydraulic drive including an outer casing forming an internal housing and a main piston slidably disposed within the internal housing. A main fluid chamber, a first output chamber and a second output chamber are formed within the internal housing. A pump is fluidly connected to the main fluid chamber by an input line. A first die hydraulic cylinder and a second die hydraulic cylinder each have an outer casing forming an internal housing and a die piston slidably disposed within the internal housing. An opening is formed through an end of the outer casing sized to receive a distal end of the die piston therethrough. A first output line fluidly connects the first output chamber to the first die hydraulic cylinder and a second output line fluidly connects the second output chamber to the second die hydraulic cylinder.

A balanced panel punch drive system. The system includes a main hydraulic drive including an outer casing forming an internal housing and a main piston slidably disposed within the internal housing. A main fluid chamber, a first output chamber and a second output chamber are formed within the internal housing. A pump is fluidly connected to the main fluid chamber by an input line. A first die hydraulic cylinder and a second die hydraulic cylinder each have an outer casing forming an internal housing and a die piston slidably disposed within the internal housing. An opening is formed through an end of the outer casing sized to receive a distal end of the die piston therethrough. A first output line fluidly connects the first output chamber to the first die hydraulic cylinder and a second output line fluidly connects the second output chamber to the second die hydraulic cylinder.
