METHOD AND DEVICE FOR THE TREATMENT OF GRANULAR GRINDING STOCK OR GRINDING STOCK MIXTURES
The invention relates to a method and a device for treating granular grinding stock or grinding stock mixtures by way of controlled mechanical size reduction by means of a grinding mill or a combination of several grinding mills. The actual grinding process is controlled by externally provided data. The data is saved in a data memory unit that is connected to the packaging of the grinding stock, namely directly.
Grinder for grinding material to be ground
The grinder includes a container having a discharge opening for material to be ground; first and second grinding tools, the first tool rotatable relative to the second grinding tool about a rotation axis for crushing the material in a gap between the tools. The second tool has an inlet channel limited by a wall section around the axis for supplying material into the gap and is moveable relative to the first tool axially to the axis. A collar seal between container and second tool has a through-channel for discharging material into the inlet channel and is stationary relative to the container so that a first annular collar seal section limiting the through-channel contacts the container and overlaps the second tool wall section toward the axis. The collar seal includes a second annular section connected to the first annular section via an elastic spring and supported on a contact surface.

GRINDING APPARATUS AND METHOD
A method for use of an apparatus comprises: a grinding step, a cleaning step, and a de-ionizing step; the apparatus comprises a receptacle to contain the product to be ground and provided with an unloading aperture; a fixed grinder; a mobile grinder rotatable around a rotation axis connectable to a drive motor; a cleaning device connected to the mobile grinder; a grinding chamber in which the fixed grinder, the mobile grinder and the cleaning device are located and provided with a discharge aperture to discharge the ground product.
Bean grinding apparatus
A bean grinding apparatus including a body; grinding burrs mounted in the body, the burrs including a non-driven burr and a rotationally driven burr, the rotationally driven burr having a rotational axis about which it rotates; a drive motor operatively coupled to the rotationally driven burr; a grounds flow path defined within the body; and an exit spout, the exit spout having an inlet in communication with the grounds flow path and an outlet, wherein the exit spout defines a longitudinal axis and the longitudinal axis of the exit spout is angled with respect to the rotational axis of the driven burr.

FOOD PROCESSOR
A food processor is revealed. A food processing unit is disposed between two support units of a machine body and connected to the support units by a lifting unit. The food processing unit is dropped down into the machine body while the food processor is not in use. Thus a volume of the food processor is significantly reduced and both packing and transportation costs are further saved efficiently. The lifting unit is provided with a guiding slot formed on the support unit while the food processing unit includes a guiding block inserted through the guiding slot correspondingly. The lifting unit further includes an operation bar locked and connected with the guiding block. Thereby the food processing unit is moved and positioned vertically by such simple and easy design and the production cost of the food processor is further reduced.

Coffee grinder
A coffee grinder has a housing that includes a ring burr, a shaft extending through the ring burr, a frustoconical burr, and an interlocking plug. An internal bore of the frustoconical burr has an upper cylindrical surface adjacent the top end, an interlocking portion adjacent the bottom edge, and a tapered side surface. The interlocking plug is shaped to extend through the internal bore of the frustoconical burr, and includes an upper cylindrical portion that fits through the upper cylindrical surface, and a lower portion that includes a sidewall surface which is also tapered such that the sidewall surface interlocks with the side surface of the frustoconical burr.
