A PROCESS FOR FORMING A CONTAINER
A process for forming a container from a blank, the process comprising the steps of: thermally inducing one or more fold lines on at least one surface of a container blank fabricated from a thermal insulation sheet material, wherein the blank comprises: a first panel portion; a second panel portion located adjacent the first panel portion and sharing a first common edge therewith; and a third panel portion located adjacent the second panel portion and sharing a second common edge therewith, the second common edge being substantially parallel to the first common edge, wherein the first panel portion and the third panel portion are each associated with a pair of flap members adapted for folding movement relative to the respective first and third panel portions such that, when assembled, each of the flap members overlies an edge of the second panel portion substantially perpendicular to the first common edge and the second common edge, folding the first panel portion of the container blank along a first fold line, wherein when folded, the first panel portion is substantially perpendicular to the second panel portion of the container blank; folding the third panel portion of the container blank along a second fold line, wherein when folded, the third panel portion is substantially perpendicular to the second panel portion and substantially parallel to the first panel portion; sealing a portion of each of the pair of flap members of the first panel portion to a portion of each of the pair of flap members of the third panel portion to form a side seam joint; and sealing a portion of the first panel portion adjacent the side seam joint and a portion of the third panel portion adjacent the side seam joint to an edge of the second panel portion to form a bottom seam joint.

BLANK FEEDING/PROCESSING APPARATUS
Provided is a blank feeding/processing apparatus that includes a pressing unit for pressing a non-contact section of a conveyor belt to form an inclined section in the non-contact section when a box is folded. The apparatus for feeding and processing a blank having a plate shape, includes: a feeding unit including a lower feeding unit including a conveyor belt for conveying the blank and a plurality of feeding rollers for moving the conveyor belt, including a non-contact section that does not contact the feeding rollers in the conveyor belt, and arranged below the blank and an upper feeding unit arranged above the blank; and a pressing unit for protruding a tab of the blank to be processed, by applying a pressure in the non-contact section of the conveyor belt to form an inclined section in the conveyor belt.

Vessel and method for making the same
A vessel composed of a sheet of flexible material, cut, rolled, and affixed to form a frusto-conically shaped base region. The sheet when rolled including an upper region having two opposing flaps, each flap delineated from a remaining portion of the sheet by a path along which the sheet is scored, so that the flaps, when folded along their respective paths, define a single elevated drinking portion having a spout formed between an extension of the base region and at least one of the two flaps.

FASTENER-FREE PACKAGING
Fastener-free packaging includes a plurality of main panels, each main panel comprising an upper panel, a central panel, and a lower panel; at least one attaching connection feature located on at least one lower panel; and at least one receiving connection feature located on at least one lower panel, wherein each lower panel is connected to at least two other lower panels by an attaching connection feature connecting to a receiving connection feature such that all lower panels are connected together thereby forming a bottom.
CREASING UNIT FOR CREATING FOLD LINES IN CARDBOARD, BLANK FORMING APPARATUS COMPRISING SUCH CREASING UNIT AND METHOD FOR CREATING FOLD LINES IN CARDBOARD
A creasing unit for creating fold lines in cardboard, comprising two crease rollers (110, 112), each crease roller having a circumferential protrusion (114, 116) adapted for indenting cardboard to create a fold line, wherein the crease rollers (110, 112) are rotatably mounted next to each other such that each crease roller (110, 112) can rotate about its own centre axis (122, 124) and each crease roller (110, 112) is movable between at least a first position for creating a fold line and a second position for either allowing cardboard to pass the respective crease roller (110, 112) without being indented by the respective crease roller or for creating an additional indented line being less deep than the fold line.
