METHOD AND MACHINE FOR MANUFACTURING A FLEXIBLE ENVELOPE-LIKE BAG, PARTICULARLY WITH REINFORCEMENT
A method for manufacturing flexible bags, including: a first strip of flexible material is unwound as a continuous sheet in a longitudinal direction; a hem is formed on each edge of the first strip and the hems are glued over at least one length of a first or a second flap on one stitching face; a fold is formed in the first strip along a transverse folding line to fold down the first flap over the second flap against an internal face of the first strip, the fold bringing, for each edge, hem against hem so as to obtain the bonding of the hems, the strip is cut along a transverse section to form the bag at the end of the operations. Machine implementing the method and bag thus obtained.
BAGS WITH MARKS AND SYSTEMS OF MAKING SAME
A system for manufacturing bags with counting marks includes a workstation for making bags, and a coding machine for spraying counting marks on the bags. The coding machine includes a main body, a fixing structure and a spraying gun. The main body has ink cartridges for providing ink and a pressure mechanism to spray the ink through the spraying gun. The spraying gun is fixed to a fixing structure and connected to the main body via a cable such that the ink of the ink cartridges is operably moved from the ink cartridge to the spraying gun via the cable. The cable includes channels, each channel adapted for delivering a respective color of the ink. The spraying gun includes nozzles coupled to the channels for spraying the ink on the bags so as to form the counting marks thereon.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A FLEXIBLE INTERMEDIATE BULK CONTAINER
A system for manufacturing a flexible bulk container. The system includes workstations circumferentially spaced apart from each other. Each of the workstations is operable to perform an operation on a preform of the container. The workstations sequentially modify the preform from an initial version to a final version, the final version of the preform being the manufactured flexible bulk container. A preform manipulation apparatus includes a carrousel disposed centrally and being rotatable about a vertical central axis. Manipulation arms are mounted to the carrousel for common rotation therewith. The manipulation arms each have a proximal end fixed to the carrousel and a distal end having a manipulation tool mounted thereto for seizing and manipulating the preform at each of the workstations. Each of the manipulation arms in operation displaces the manipulation tool and the preform between successive workstations. A method for forming a flexible bulk container is also disclosed.
Separation welding device and method for the sectional joining and sectional separating of weldable film layers using a separation welding device
A separation welding device for the sectional joining and sectional separation of weldable film layers includes a temperature-controlled working surface that is designed to support joinable and separable film layers and further includes an electrical heating device as well as a counterholder for sectionally applying pressure to the joinable and separable film layers, which delimits a variably adjustable working gap with the working surface and that includes two mutually spaced joining stamps and one separating stamp arranged between the joining stamps wherein the separating stamp and/or at least one joining stamp is moveably attached to the counterholder wherein provision can be made for the separating stamp and/or the joining stamp to each be assigned a force sensor and/or a motion sensor to calculate a separation sequence determined by the separating stamp and/or a joining sequence determined by the joining stamp.
Incision station for packaging machine and relative incision method
An incision station for making a plurality of weaknesses respectively on a plurality of portions of a web, for producing a plurality of packages each of which including a supporting sheet corresponding to a respective portion of the portions and an opening system corresponding to the weakness made on the respective portion. The station includes a plurality of motor driven incision bodies for making incisions in the respective portion to create the weaknesses. The incision bodies are also controlled to obtain a distance needed to contact the respective portion. This invention also relates to a packaging machine which includes the incision station and a incision method for making the above-mentioned plurality of weaknesses.
USER-EXPANDABLE PACKAGING
A packaging material web stock is provided. The packaging material web stock can include first and second plies overlaid and sealed to each other at a plurality of seals that include a plurality of transverse seals extending transversely across the plies, wherein a plurality of interior cavities are defined between the plies and the transverse seals, the first and second plies arranged in a web that includes a plurality of packaging units arranged longitudinally in a series along the web, wherein the first and second plies form walls of the packaging units, and at least some of the packaging units include at least one of the interior cavities, and an expansion material disposed in the interior cavities in an unexpanded configuration, wherein the expansion material is arranged within the inner cavities such that, when expanded to the expanded configuration, the expansion material is configured to provide cushioning in the walls.
CUSHION SHEET PRODUCTION MODULE AND PRODUCTION METHOD, PACKAGING BAG PRODUCTION DEVICE AND PRODUCTION MEHOD THEREOF
The present disclosure provides a cushion sheet production module configured to synchronously and continuously feed first and second surfaces, roll to apply a plurality of first horizontal glues on the first and second surfaces along a direction perpendicular to a feeding direction, the plurality of first horizontal glues arranged at intervals between each other, and continuously apply first longitudinal glues on both sides of the first surface or the second surface facing each other; and then, the first and second surfaces are pressed together to fix with each other at positions of the first horizontal and longitudinal glues, to form a cushion sheet, wherein gas is sealed between the first and second surfaces; or, a buffer layer added between the first and second surfaces to fix the first and second surfaces and the buffer layer together at the first horizontal and longitudinal glues, to form the cushion sheet.
