Easy open plastic bags
A woven laminated plastic bag having an easy open feature is provided. The easy open feature is generally defined by a weakened portion in the bag. In various aspects the bag can be fabricated from a woven polyethylene layer which can be laminated with a polyethylene film layer, can form a pinch bottom bag, and can have one or both sides include graphics and/or printing. The bag can also provide a top end and/or a bottom end either or both of which provide a discrete area which may contain discrete graphics and/or printing.
Reinforced thermoplastic bag with extended hem skirt
The present disclosure relates to strata 2-ply drawstring trash bags implementing a J-flap extended hem to provide increased top-of-bag strength. In one or more embodiments, the J-flap extended hem includes a 2-ply web folded back on itself (e.g., during a hem folding operation to enclose the drawstring within a hem channel). In one or more implementations, a hem seal secures the 2-ply web to an inside surface of the trash bag. At least one ply of the 2-ply web fold-over extends past the hem seal and is additionally secured to the inside surface of the trash bag via one or more hem skirt seals. For reduced material consumption in certain embodiments, the J-flap extended hem of the present disclosure imparts added strength using only one ply of the 2-ply web fold-over. In some embodiments, at least one ply of the 2-ply web fold-over includes ring-rolled portions to add top-of-bag strength.
Multi-function zipper inspection machine and a method for applying a zipper thereon

CUTTING DEVICE OF INTEGRATED PAPER-PLASTIC BAG CUTTING AND SEALING MACHINE
A cutting device of an integrated paper-plastic bag cutting and sealing machine includes a sliding bracket and a cutting knife. The sliding bracket is connected to a horizontal displacement driving mechanism. The sliding bracket is formed by connecting an upper plate with a rear plate. The sliding block is mounted on the rear plate through a connecting shaft and is capable of sliding back and forth along the connecting shaft, front and rear snapping grooves are arranged on the connecting shaft along the length direction. A cutting knife is mounted on the sliding block, its lowest position is lower than the bottom surface of the sliding block. A spring positioning column is mounted on the sliding block, the top end of the spring positioning column passes through the shaft hole wall of the connecting shaft of the sliding block and tightly presses against the connecting shaft.

Bag wall, bag tube and bag produced therefrom and method for producing them
A bag wall is designed for producing a bag open on a top side by means of at least a connection seam and for closing said bag by means of at least one further connecting seam after being filled with bulk material and is characterized by at least one Kraft paper layer forming a Kraft paper core (1) and essentially determining the load capacity of the bag which core (1) is provided with fine openings (2) in two-dimensional regions covering at least half of the surface of said core (1) and is directly coated on both sides with a plastic layer (3, 4) each wherein both plastic layers consist of plastic material being miscible in liquid states and wherein the plastic layers (3, 4) are connected to each other by material fit through said openings (2) during the coating.
Multi-film thermoplastic bags having grab zones with contact areas and methods of making the same
One or more implementations of a multi-film thermoplastic bag with a grab zone of contact areas positioned in a high-touch area of the bag. For example, the multi-film thermoplastic bag includes one or more regions of a first film in contact with a second film at one or more contact areas. The grab zone regions of one or more contact areas are located in visible and high-touch areas to provide visual and tactile cues of strength and durability. Moreover, the grab zone regions of one or more contact areas serve to distribute pull and lift forces across a wider area in order to avoid common failures in high-touch areas such as over stretching, punctures, tears, and rips.
