HAND-HELD IMMERSION BLENDER
A hand-held appliance having a housing with a top portion and a bottom portion that houses a motor and a temperature sensor configured to monitor the motor temperature and, if the temperature reaches a predetermined threshold, trigger removal of power until the temperature is below the threshold. The motor is controlled via a power button located on an external face of the housing. The housing includes a speed-set-button located on an external face of the housing controlling the speed of the motor and a plurality of lights corresponding to the respective speed thereof. The bottom of the housing includes a coupling portion configured to receive an attachment such as a blending assembly, whisk, frothing assembly, or other attachment. The housing further includes a sensor configured to monitor motor performance and applied load and, if the load exceeds a predetermined threshold, trigger removal of power from the motor.
Drinks Bottle
The invention relates to drinks bottles, a method of manufacturing a drinks bottle, a method of mixing drinks using a drinks bottle, and to a mixing component such as a frame or a mixing element for a drinks bottle, and a kit for a drinks bottle. The invention relates to a drinks bottle (10) comprising: a main body (2) for containing liquid, the main body (2) having at least one side wall (4) terminating at a proximal end in an upper edge (16) defining an opening (8), an inner surface of the side wall comprising a first screw thread (5) extending along the side wall (4) away from the upper edge (6) towards a distal end of the main body (2); a removable lid (12) closing the opening (8), the removable lid (12) comprising: a base portion (14) removably located at the upper edge (16) of the main body (2); a handle portion (16) rotatable with respect to the base portion (14); at least one rod (18) mounted on the handle portion (16) axially moveable (e.g. slidably) with respect to the handle portion (16) and rotatable with the handle portion (16); depending from a distal end of the at least one rod (18), a frame (20) having a side wall, another surface of the side wall comprising a second screw thread (25) for engaging with the first screw thread (5) on the inner surface of the side wall of the main body (2); a mixing element (22) mounted on (e.g. located on and/or within) the frame (20); whereby, in use, rotating the handle portion (16) with respect to the base portion (14) rotates the at least one rod (18) and frame (20), engaging the first and second screw threads (5, 25), and causing the at least one rod (18), frame (20) and mixing structure (22) to travel within main body (2) towards a distal end of main body (2) (and vice versa).
Dual speed manual stand mixer
A dual speed manual stand mixer. The mixer has a bowl with a cover fixed to the bowl. The cover includes a ring selectively mounting to the rim of the bowl, and a turntable mounted for rotation within the ring. Multiple whisks extend downward from the turntable into and within the bowl. Gearing is provided to cause both rotation of the turntable, as well as rotation of each individual whisk. A transmission is also provided to selectively connect a manual crank arm in one of two possible limit positions. The gearing ratios differ between these two position to thus drive the turntable and whisk rotation at two different speeds.

Hand-Held Housing For Multi-Purpose Food Preparation Appliance
A hand-held housing for a multi-purpose food preparation appliance, has at least one first drive output configured to drive a removable rotary work tool, an opening configured for mounting a removable work accessory, retaining members configured to engage with a connecting element of the work accessory mounted in the opening, and a second drive output configured to drive a rotary drive unit of the work accessory mounted in the opening.
The retaining members are arranged on an outer part of a protrusion arranged inside the housing around the second drive output, the retaining members being configured to engage with an inner part of the connecting element.
Hand-Held Housing For Multi-Purpose Food Preparation Appliance

The retaining members are arranged on an outer part of a protrusion arranged inside the housing around the second drive output, the retaining members being configured to engage with an inner part of the connecting element.
Finger Manipulated Mixing Device and Method
A small, non-powered, handheld and finger-manipulated mixing device adapted for stirring or mixing liquids or liquid/solid combinations in relatively small volume containers. The mixing device has an elongated rod-like main body with an agitation member disposed on its distal end. The main body is provided with a bounded shaft segment that is bounded proximally and distally by transition shoulders of greater diameter than the bounded shaft segment, thus providing a region to receive the thumb and finger of the user to spin the main body, with the transition shoulders preventing excessive movement in the axial direction during rotation.
Microwave Whisk Assembly
A microwave whisk assembly for mixing food while in the microwave includes a whisk body having a top end and a bottom end. The bottom end has a receiving cavity extending towards the top end. A suction cup is coupled to the top end and is configured to selectively engage a roof of a microwave. Each of a plurality of whisk attachments comprises an engagement shaft and a mixer extension. The engagement shaft has an upper end and a lower end. The engagement shaft conforms to, and is selectively engageable with, the receiving cavity of the whisk body. The mixer extension is coupled to the lower end of the engagement shaft and is configured to mix the contents of a bowl rotating within the microwave.
Drive assembly for home appliance
A drive assembly for use in a piece of home equipment is provided including a center shaft having a central axis. A first drive component has a cavity formed therein and is configured to rotate about the central axis. A second drive component is at least partially nested within the cavity. The second drive component is configured to rotate about the central axis. The first drive component is operably coupled to a first rotary coupling and the second drive component is operably coupled to a second rotary coupling.
Apparatus for Creating and Dispensing Whipped Food Products
A whipping and dispensing appliance is disclosed for use in the preparation of food products. The whipping and dispensing appliance may have a housing and a plurality of different caps so that it can transition between modes of operation. In a first mode of operation, the whipping and dispensing appliance can create a whipped food product. In a second mode of operation, the whipping and dispensing appliance can store the whipped food product, and in a third mode of operation the whipping and dispensing appliance can dispense the food product. The whipping and dispensing appliance may have multiple mixing elements to create the whipped food product and a plunger disc to help a plunger dispense the whipped food from the interior of the housing.
