BLENDER AND EGGBEATER
A blender comprises a base, a blending mechanism and a fixing mechanism. The blending mechanism is formed by the encirclement of a plurality of thin and long curved blending units. The end portions of the two ends of each of the blending units are respectively inserted into the base. Parts of the end portions of all blending units in connection with the base are positioned on the same circumference. The clearances between two adjacent blending units are equal or similar. The fixing mechanism comprises a plurality of fixing units corresponding to the blending units one-to-one, and the fixing units are inserted into the base and fix the end portions of the corresponding blending unit that extend into the base in the base. The blender has the advantages of stable operation and uniform blending of the pulp and mediums after blending and beating.
Disk grater
An appliance (100) for processing foodstuffs with a drive (2) including a pull-cord roller (21) having a concentric recess (22), in which there is arranged a spring element (23) located on the inside, the spring element (23) being operatively connected to the pull-cord roller. Through the drive (2), the working unit (4), which can be made to rotate, is driven, the working unit (4) being arranged in such a way that the external toothing (62) of the drive wheel (61) engages in the internal toothing (63) of the working unit (4) and, when the drive (2) is actuated, the working unit (4) is made to rotate. A locking element (10), which is equipped to lock the drive (2) in a non-operational state, and an unlocking element (11), which is equipped to actuate the locking element (10) in order to release the locking, contribute to the high operational safety of the appliance.
Food processing tool
A tool intended as an attachment or accessory for a food processor and configured to automate the delicate operation of folding ingredients together without expelling air is described. The tool includes first and second curved blades which depend from a casing part that is rotated within a processing bowl by means of a geared arrangement that picks up rotary drive from a drive shaft coupled to a driven outlet on the base of the food processor. The blades are disposed at different distances from the axis about which the casing rotates, so that the outer blade passes closer to the wall of the bowl than does the inner blade.
Finger Manipulated Mixing Device
A small, non-powered, handheld and finger-manipulated mixing device adapted for stirring or mixing liquids or liquid/solid combinations in relatively small volume containers. The mixing device has an elongated rod-like main body with an agitation member disposed on its distal end. The main body is provided with a bounded shaft segment that is bounded proximally and distally by transition shoulders of greater diameter than the bounded shaft segment, thus providing a region to receive the thumb and finger of the user to spin the main body, with the transition shoulders preventing excessive movement in the axial direction during rotation.

Multi-purpose handheld kitchen appliance
A multi-purpose handheld kitchen appliance includes a controller configured to customize various aspects of the appliance based upon a type of attachment coupled to the appliance, e.g., to controllably vary a motor speed, to selectively disable an activation control, and/or to rotate a display based on a type of attachment and/or a gyroscope input.
Spring Coil Whisk
A spring coil whisk for mixing or foaming one or more materials including dry materials and liquids. The spring coil whisk may include a cap, a handle and a spring at the base. The cap and spring may include an ornamental design.
Whisk
A whisk includes a handle, a shaft and flexible wires. The handle has a cavity with a spiral internal track to engage and rotate the shaft with up and down motion of the handle. A collar is slidably mounted with a friction fit on the shaft. The flexible wires are coupled to the collar and to the second end of the shaft. Movement of the collar on the shaft changes the shape of the flexible wires. At the second end of the shaft, the flexible wires extend downwardly and then radially outwardly to lie in a plane and finally are bent toward the slidably mounted collar. A foot is rotatably mounted on the second end of the shaft and includes a bearing surface. The bearing surface extends from the second end of the shaft and beyond the defined plane within a clearance of coincidence with the defined plane.
Culinary Mixer And Methods Of Use
Apparatus for mixing culinary ingredients including a container with a lid and mixer with fingers are disclosed. Methods of mixing culinary ingredients using apparatus are also disclosed.
Food preparation device and method of preparing food
Methods and apparatuses for mixing food are disclosed. In an embodiment, a mixing device includes a housing including a cavity configured to hold an item and at least one cord attached to the housing. The at least one cord is configured to cause the housing to rotate when the at least one cord is pulled in a direction away from the housing. In another embodiment, a method of mixing includes placing an item inside of a housing, rotating the housing in a first direction to create tension, and releasing the tension so that the housing rotates in a second direction and mixes the item.
