Method and System for Manufacturing Bags
A system and method of manufacturing reinforced bags having reinforcing elements applied about the bags to support the bags in an opened and/or upstanding configuration. A web of bag material can be fed from a supply and can be folded and secured to form the bags. A series of reinforcing strips can be fed through an adhesive application station for application of an adhesive material thereto in a desired pattern. The reinforcing strips and bags are brought into registration and are adhesively attached to form the reinforced bags.
Method and Machine for Producing Bags
A method for producing a bag from a tube including transverse lines of perforations delimiting tabs of the future bag, a rear tab of a first bag being opposite a front tab of the second bag following the first. A first step involves separating the first and second bags; a second step involves separating a piece of waste remaining on one of the bags between the two tabs. The first and second steps are carried out between a first pair of separation cylinders and a second pair of cylinders, the piece of waste being clamped between the cylinders of the first pair during the first step in order to be held on the second bag, then clamped and torn off by the second pair during the second step.
Method and Device for Forming at Least One Bottom on a Hose Piece
The invention relates to a method for forming at least one bottom on a hose piece (20), which comprises plastic material, wherein at least one end of the hose piece is pulled open along at least one first folding edge (21), a bottom rectangle (22) and triangular pockets (23) thus being formed; wherein side tabs (25, 26) of the bottom rectangle are folded back along two folding edges (24) spaced apart from the first folding edge in order to close the bottom, wherein the two side tabs then contact each other, and wherein a bottom cover sheet (31) is applied to the bottom and is connected to the side tabs and at least one triangular pocket by application of heat or by means of glue. The surfaces of the side tabs that come into contact and the triangular pockets are connected to each other at least in the region of the two folding edges, a connection (32) thus being formed.
FLEXIBLE PAPER-POLYMER MULTILAYER PACKAGE, PREFERABLY FOR DRIED FOOD PRODUCTS
Paper-polymer multilayer package, preferably for dried food products, comprising: a front wall (2) and a rear wall (3) that are opposite, said walls defining at least one upper closing fin and being laterally connected to each other by two lateral walls (5). Said lateral walls define at least upper-folding portions (5u) folded over themselves and inserted in the respective closing fin, wherein upper lateral windows (7u) exposing a polymeric inner layer are provided at the upper-folding portions (5u).
METHOD FOR PRODUCING PAPER SACKS AND PAPER SACKS
The invention relates to a method for producing paper sacks comprising the following steps: providing a tube section (2) that comprises at least a first paper layer (4) and a second paper layer (6), wherein the first tube section (2) has a first end (8) and an opposite second end (10), and a longitudinal extension which extends from the first end (8) to the second end (10), and the first end (8) is formed by the first paper layer (4) and the second end (10) by the second paper layer (6), forming a first base (12) at the first end (8) and forming a second base (14) at the second end (10).
HANDLE FOR BAG, RESULTING BAG, AND METHOD OF MAKING THE SAME
A bag includes a body with a closed and stepped end, and an opening in the closed end as a handle. A tube having a first panel, a second panel and two side gussets is provided. The tube is foldable inward along a longitudinal fold line on each of the two side gussets. A stepped end is formed. The first panel has a first longitudinal length, the two side gussets have at least one portion having a second longitudinal length, which is longer than the first longitudinal length and shorter than a length of the second panel. The second panel of the tube is folded along a latitudinal fold line between the top line of the first panel and the top line of the tube so as to form the closed end. The opening is cut in the closed end.
Side-gusset bag and method of making same
A side-gusset bag has front and back face panels each having two longitudinally extending side edges. Two folded side panels are each joined to the face panels at the side edges and each having a center longitudinally extending crease between the respective side edges. A handle assembly consists of a pair of substantially identical handle halves each formed by two longitudinally spaced ends fixed to one of the side folds to a respective side of the crease thereof and a middle section extending between the respective ends and formed unitarily therewith of plastic film. The middle sections are transversely spaced and form an open longitudinally extending gap at least 2 mm wide and aligned with the respective crease. The middle sections extend transversely over less than 80% of a transverse width of the one side fold and have outer edges space at least 5 mm from the respective side edges.
Packaging bag and manufacturing system thereof
The present invention provides a manufacturing system of a packaging bag with excellent manufacturing efficiency. According to the present invention, provided is a manufacturing system of a packaging bag, including: a film supply device; a conveying device; a bottom insertion device; a bottom sealing device; a transverse sealing device; and a cutoff device, wherein the film supply device supplies a front surface long film and a back surface long film facing each other, the conveying device is configured to convey the front surface long film and the back surface long film, the bottom insertion device, the bottom sealing device, the transverse sealing device, and the cutoff device are arranged in this order along a conveyance direction, the bottom insertion device is configured to start inserting a bottom long film between the front surface long film and the back surface long film at an insertion start position and to complete insertion of the bottom long film at an insertion completion position downstream from the insertion start position, the bottom sealing device is configured to weld the bottom long film to the front surface long film and to the back surface long film, the transverse sealing device forms a transverse seal portion extending in a direction perpendicular to the conveyance direction so as to weld the front surface long film and the back surface long film to each other, and the cutoff device cuts off the front surface long film, the back surface long film, and the bottom long film along the transverse seal portion.
