EGG BREAKER AND SEPARATOR DEVICE
A device is described for breaking an egg and separating an egg white from the yolk of the egg. The device includes a support base and a chute coupled to the support base. The chute has front end, a rear end, an enclosed section at the front end, and an open section at the rear end. An egg separation assembly is coupled to the enclosed section of the chute. The egg separation assembly has a curved panel and at least two vents proximate the curved panel. The device includes a breaker bar that spans across the chute and this positioned in a rearward direction relative to the egg separation assembly. The breaker bar is configured to crack a shell of the egg to release the yolk and the egg white onto the chute.
Egg peeler device accessories
The egg peeler device accessories comprise replaceable top caps for an egg peeler such that each replaceable top cap reconfigures the egg peeler to perform a specific task. The replaceable top caps fit onto the top end of a body of the egg peeler in place of an original top cap. The first replaceable top cap reconfigures the egg peeler to separate egg yolks and egg whites. This cap comprises a plurality of slots around a concave portion of the cap such that egg whites flow through the plurality of slots while the egg yolk remains in the cap. The second replaceable top cap reconfigures the egg peeler to peel one or more cloves of garlic. The cloves are placed within the body and shaken where they strike spikes projecting from the inside surface of the second replaceable top cap, separating the coves and peeling them.

KITCHEN UTENSIL FOR REMOVING EGG CHALAZA OR EGGSHELL PIECES, AND RELATED METHODS
A kitchen utensil has jaws connected to pivot relative to one another between an egg-part-receiving open position and an egg-part-holding closed position, such that teeth defined at respective grasping ends of each jaw converge upon closure to mesh and define an enclosed egg-part-holding cavity when the jaws are in the egg-part-holding closed position. A method includes converging respective grasping ends of jaws of a kitchen utensil together to close and grasp an egg chalaza or eggshell piece, adjacent to or forming part of an egg, and to retain the egg chalaza or eggshell piece within an enclosed egg-part-holding cavity that is defined between the respective grasping ends when the jaws are closed.

ARRANGEMENT FOR A MACHINE FOR BREAKING EGGS AND SEPARATING THE EGG YOLK AND THE EGG WHITE
A machine which includes a structure and, wherein the structure has a conveyor belt, and the structure has a rotary carousel, including a plurality of cutting devices, as well as a convex tray, which conducts the egg yolk and the egg white to a compartment and a tapered compartment; the machine also includes, to dispose of the egg shells, a compartment for housing the egg shells; where the egg yolk and egg white are separated by a compartment which conducts the egg yolk and egg white to a second tapered compartment, such that in the last tapered compartment, which is provided with an open slit, the egg white drains through the slit, while the egg yolk follows the regular flow to another container, the egg shells in turn being directed to a convex tray until proceeding to another container.

Egg cooking system
An egg cooking system includes two woks and each of the woks receives oil from an oil supply member. A support member is driven by a driving unit to allow one egg to be put in the at least one standby portion and the egg is pressed by the pressing member. A cracking member cracks the egg and the pressing unit moves toward the direction that the egg is located so that a claw is opened, and the egg flows into one of the woks. The egg is cooked for a pre-set time, and is dropped into the other wok to be cooked. The cooked egg is then dropped to a plate. The pressing unit presses the egg shell of the egg to further open the claw, and the egg shell drops into a garbage can.
