Automated countertop egg cooker
Provided are kitchen devices for cooking eggs using various cooking methods. For example, kitchen devices provided herein comprise a storage component configured to store a plurality of raw eggs, a cracking component configured receive a raw egg of the plurality of raw eggs from the storage component and crack the raw egg, forming a cracked egg, a cooking component configured to receive the cracked egg from the cracking component and cook the cracked egg, forming a cooked egg, and a warming component configured to receive the cooked egg from the cooking component and warm the cooked egg.
AUTOMATIC EGG CRACKER
Disclosed in the present disclosure is an automatic egg cracker. The automatic egg cracker includes two symmetrically-arranged egg holders and two symmetrically-arranged egg-cracking knives, where the egg holders are provided with upward openings to form egg troughs, and the egg-cracking knives impact eggs from side surfaces for cracking. A push rod is arranged behind the egg holder to synchronously drive at least one side of the egg-cracking knife to open to crack the egg. The egg trough having the upward opening is arranged, the egg is placed in the egg trough, and the egg-cracking knife impacts the egg from the side surface for cracking, such that egg liquid between the egg-cracking knife and an eggshell will not stagnate to avoid waste, and the egg is stably placed in the egg trough and will not fly away in a cracking process.
AUTOMATIC EGG CRACKER
Disclosed in the present disclosure is an automatic egg cracker. An egg cracker and yolk separator preferably include an egg dish and a dish lid. The egg dish preferably includes a dish member, a handle member and a separator wall. The dish member preferably includes a dish base and a dish peripheral wall. The dish peripheral wall extends upward from the dish base. The dish peripheral wall includes a pouring portion wall, opposing side walls and a rear wall. The handle member extends from the rear wall. The separator wall is located in substantially a middle of the egg dish. An egg white opening is formed between a top of the dish base and a bottom of the separator wall. The dish lid preferably includes a lid base, a lid peripheral wall and a lift tab. The lid peripheral wall extends downward from a bottom of the lid base. A second embodiment includes a removable separator wall.
Egg cracker and yolk separator
An egg cracker and yolk separator preferably include an egg dish and a dish lid. The egg dish preferably includes a dish member, a handle member and a separator wall. The dish member preferably includes a dish base and a dish peripheral wall. The dish peripheral wall extends upward from the dish base. The dish peripheral wall includes a pouring portion wall, opposing side walls and a rear wall. The handle member extends from the rear wall. The separator wall is located in substantially a middle of the egg dish. An egg white opening is formed between a top of the dish base and a bottom of the separator wall. The dish lid preferably includes a lid base, a lid peripheral wall and a lift tab. The lid peripheral wall extends downward from a bottom of the lid base. A second embodiment includes a removable separator wall.
Egg cracker, egg separator and/or egg mixer
An egg cracker may include a platform with a generally planar upper surface and a protrusion may extend upwardly from the generally planar upper surface of the platform to form an egg cracking structure. The platform may be connected to an annular support ring and connecting members may connect the platform and the annular support ring. The annular support ring may be sized and configured to be disposed within an upper portion of a container and, when a lid is attached to the container, the egg cracker may be enclosed by the container and lid.
Egg cracker, egg separator and/or egg mixer
An egg cracker may include a platform with a generally planar upper surface and a protrusion may extend upwardly from the generally planar upper surface of the platform to form an egg cracking structure. The platform may be connected to an annular support ring and connecting members may connect the platform and the annular support ring. The annular support ring may be sized and configured to be disposed within an upper portion of a container and, when a lid is attached to the container, the egg cracker may be enclosed by the container and lid.
EGG COOKING SYSTEM
An egg cooking system includes two woks and each of the woks receives oil from an oil supply member. A support member is driven by a driving unit to allow one egg to be put in the at least one standby portion and the egg is pressed by the pressing member. A cracking member cracks the egg and the pressing unit moves toward the direction that the egg is located so that a claw is opened, and the egg flows into one of the woks. The egg is cooked for a pre-set time, and is dropped into the other wok to be cooked. The cooked egg is then dropped to a plate. The pressing unit presses the egg shell of the egg to further open the claw, and the egg shell drops into a garbage can.
AUTOMATIC EGG FRYING MACHINE
Provided is an automatic egg frying machine. The automatic egg frying machine includes a machine frame, where an egg placing device, an egg delivery device, a moving assembly, an egg opening device, a cooking device and a rotary receiving plate device are arranged in the machine frame. The cooking device at least includes a frying pan, the egg opening device includes an egg supporting portion, a trigger portion and an egg knife, and the trigger portion includes egg receiving position a, egg cracking position b, egg opening position c and shell dropping position e. The moving device is arranged on one side of the egg opening device, and the egg opening device completes the actions of egg receiving, egg cracking from a side surface, egg opening and shell dropping in one direction by means of the moving device, such that hands are freed.
Egg decapping apparatus, and associated method
An egg decapping apparatus is provided. Such an apparatus includes a reference plate defining a plurality of reference openings therethrough. Each reference opening is adapted to receive an avian egg therein from a lower side of the reference plate and to stop further upward movement of the avian egg within the reference opening when an upper egg section to be cut extends from the reference opening above the reference plate. A cutter member is positioned above the reference plate. The cutter member is moveable across the reference plate and the reference openings from a precut position to a post cut position for creating an opening in the upper egg section. A cleaning member is moveable with the cutter member across the reference plate. The cleaning member is actuatable at the post cut position so as to remove debris from the upper egg section accumulated on the cutter member. Associated methods are also provided.
