The present invention discloses a vegetable dehydrator, which includes a barrel body and an upper cover, wherein the upper cover is detachably engaged with a top of the barrel body, a dehydration basket and a separator plate are provided between the barrel body and the upper cover, a top of the dehydration basket is clamped and fixed with the separator plate, and a center of an inner bottom surface of the barrel body is provided with a limiting protrusion which supports and makes the dehydration basket to rotate freely on a tip of the limiting protrusion. According to the present invention, a knob and a driving mechanism are provided, hands are released after the knob is twisted, and a buckle fixed above the dehydration basket is driven by gears due to a tension of a tension spring, so that the dehydration basket can rotate.

A kitchen or cooking utensil has a head portion and a handle portion. A handle shaft connects the head portion and the handle portion of the utensil. The handle shaft is provided with perforations for straining liquid from foodstuffs that are located in a container. The utensil may optionally incorporate a magnet in the handle shaft near the head portion of the utensil to assist in holding the handle shaft against the rim of the container. A pneumatic pressure pulse cleaning machine includes a container body, which has a rear side to which a container cover is rotatably mounted and also has an interior space in which a pipe assembly that includes pipes connected together to form a grating configuration is received. The pipe assembly has a plurality of through holes formed therein and facing upwards. A support board is received in the interior space and arranged above the pipe assembly so that an article disposition zone is provided in the container body above the support board. The pipe assembly includes a joint, which is connectable with a tube for connection with a pneumatic pressure source. Articles to be washed are positioned on the support board. The pneumatic pressure source is activated to generate pneumatic pressure pulses that are ejected through the through holes to impinge and thus clean the articles.
