The invention refers to a paper drinking straw (17, 23, 29, 35, 49, 62, 69, 77, 99, 105, 114, 121) comprising a paper tube (1, 9, 18, 24, 30, 36, 63, 70, 78, 99, 105, 114, 121) with a first end (2, 10, 21, 27, 33, 39, 65, 72, 80, 100, 106, 115, 122) and a second end (3, 11, 22, 28, 34, 40, 67, 75, 82, 101, 107, 116, 123). At least one impregnated region (20, 26, 32, 38, 66, 73, 103, 109, 110, 111, 118, 119, 125) of the paper tube is impregnated with an impregnation agent, and at least one region (104, 112, 113, 120, 126) is not impregnated with the impregnation agent. A beverage container for receiving liquid product comprises the paper drinking straw and a penetration opening for introducing it. A method for producing the paper drinking straw comprises providing a raw paper tube; cutting through the raw paper tube, thereby producing the paper tube with the first and second end; then impregnating the at least one impregnated region with the impregnation agent and not impregnating the at least one region with the impregnation agent.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SHAPING TUBULAR ELEMENTS
An apparatus and a method for shaping tubular elements (100), preferably made of paper, to make straws. In particular, a flexible shaped portion, defined by a succession of annular ridges and throats, is made on each tubular element (100) by means of internal shaping members (32) and external shaping members (35) mutually cooperating with each other.
Method for manufacturing flexible paper straw and flexible paper straw
A method for manufacturing flexible paper straws and flexible paper straws are revealed. The method includes the steps of preparing a paper tube which is a spiral tube by glue and paper, inserting a support shaft into the paper tube axially, placing the paper tube with the support shaft between a first roller and a second roller before curing of the glue while the first and second rollers are in parallel and having a plurality of circular grooves on a cylindrical surface thereof, rolling the paper tube by the first and second rollers to form a corrugated portion on a part of the paper tube, squeezing the corrugated portion to compress the corrugated portion for a period of time for curing the glue and holding shape of the corrugated portion, and removing the support shaft to get a flexible paper straw which is bendable at the corrugated portion.
PAPER STRAW
In order to solve the disadvantages of plastic straws in terms of environmental pollution, and the inconvenience of the above-described paste-adhered paper straws, provided is a paper straw comprising: an inner paper portion in which a single strip of paper without a heat-adhesive coating material on the inside surface thereof is spirally wound so as to form a single layer, and an outer paper portion which comprises at least one paper strip forming at least one layer around the outer peripheral surface of the inner paper portion while being wound in a spiral, and which is provided with the heat-adhesive coating material on the outside surface of the paper strip forming the outermost layer, wherein the paper strip of the outer paper portion has a wider width than the paper strip of the inner paper portion, the heat-adhesive coating material is provided between two paper strips of adjacent different layers, and the heat-adhesive coating material has adhesive strength or water resistance according to heating and curing.
A PAPER STRAW COMPRISING A FLEXIBLE PORTION
The present disclosure generally relates to a paper straw comprising a flexible portion having a compressed and an extended state, wherein the paper straw comprises a stretchable paper. The disclosure also relates to a drinking kit comprising the paper straw and to a process and a machine equipment for manufacturing the paper straw.
PAPER STRAW MANUFACTURING METHOD AND PAPER STRAW MANUFACTURING SYSTEM
Provided is a paper straw manufacturing method for addressing the issues of manufacturing process inefficiency and inconvenience in the drinking process of paper straws formed by a glue-adhesion method, the paper straw manufacturing method comprising: a step of unwinding a plurality of paper strips equipped with a thermal adhesive coating material on at least one side in each of a plurality of rolls; a step of heating the unwound plurality of paper strips by means of a heater; a step of winding, by means of a belt, the heated plurality of paper strips on a core rod so as to form a preparatory straw; a step of the preparatory straw following the length direction of the core rod by means of a guide portion; and a step of cutting the preparatory straw by means of a cutting portion so as to form a straw.
STRAW AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF STRAW
A manufacturing method of a straw includes: overlapping a first sheet material in which a plurality of straight linear crest portions and straight trough portions are alternately arranged and a second sheet material facing the first on the crest portion side; forming a closed space between the trough portion and the second sheet material by joining the first and second sheet materials at the crest portion of the first sheet material; and a plurality of straws are obtained by cutting a joined part. A straw obtained by the method includes: a first member having a linear recessed portion and flange portions positioned on both sides of the linear recessed portion and extending along the linear recessed portion; and a sheet-like second member facing the first member, in which the first member and the second member are joined at the flange portion of the first member.
