Cutting board assembly
A cutting board assembly with a rigid planar member, a circular segmented tray member, a plurality of supports, a plurality of non slip feet, a tray turning knob, a rotary bearing assembly and a food retaining curb. The planar member has an aperture matching the perimeter of one segment of the tray member. The tray turning knob is located at the center of the planer member. The rotary bearing assembly is mounted to the underside of the tray. The supports and non slip feet hold the rigid planar member up and prevent it from sliding during use. The food retaining curb is attached to either the left or right side of the rigid planar member, enabling a user to cut items and slide them into one of the tray segments and turn the tray so that a new segment of the tray is available for receiving additional cut items.
PORTABLE ELECTRIC ROTARY SLICER
A portable electric rotary slicer, which may have a handle, a blade holder configured to hold a blade assembly, and a pusher. The blade assembly may couple to the blade holder by a ring gear configured to fit concentrically around the blade assembly, allowing the rotary slicer to be operated at a high torque with relatively little electrical power being supplied. The rotary slicer may have a stand, a safety cylinder disposed around the blade assembly and configured to protect the user's fingers when pushing material into the blade assembly, and a divider disposed within the safety cylinder. To operate the device, a user may insert a blade assembly into the blade holder, place material directly above the blade assembly and under the pusher, activate the switch of the rotary slicer, and press downward with the pusher to force the material into the spinning blade of the blade assembly.
A MULTI-FUNCTION FOOD PROCESSING DEVICE
A mufti-function food processor, suitable for cutting food, fruits or vegetables into continuous ribbons or strips, comprising: a body base, a body shell and an upper cover, all configured to removably receive a bowl, the upper cover has an upper cover base, a feeding tube and a pusher to urge food via the feeding tube into the bowl; a drive unit provided inside the body shell; a cutter disk provided between the drive unit and the upper cover; the cutter disk comprises a disk with a centrally located core cutter extending therefrom and a slot extending from an outer edge of the disk to the core cutter that is provided with shredding means, wherein the core cutter extends beyond the shredding means. The feeding tube is adjustable between a central position, where the feeding tube is co-axial with the core cutter, and an eccentric position, where the feeding tube is offset from the core cutter. The invention includes a double-faced cutter which can cut different sizes of strips, including continuous spiral ribbon.
Food Steamer Device
A food steaming device comprises a base, a heating device for converting water into steam in the base, the water supply device and the steam container are sequentially arranged on the base, the steam outlet-A for injecting steam into the steam container is arranged on the heating device, and the food steaming device also comprises a fan device which causes the steam in the steam container to flow uniformly and rapidly. The fan device comprises a fan and a driving mechanism for powering the fan, and the fan is arranged in the steam container. The control PCB and the power supply PCB for controlling the heating temperature of the food are arranged in the base; the probe wire is connected to the power supply PCB; the food temperature probe is arranged on the output end of the probe wire; and the food temperature probe is located outside the steam container.
ROTARY CUTTING MACHINE
A rotary cutting machine, comprising a body base, wherein the body base is provided with a shredding and cutting component capable of rotating about the motor axis by 90?; and a power unit for powering the shredding cutter components. The power unit is connected to the shredding and cutting component, and the connector for connecting the power unit is provided on one side of the shredder tube, which comprises a shredder tube and a feed tube, wherein the feed tube is vertically arranged with the shredder tube. The shredder tube comprises a shredder tube shell. The strip cutter supporter is arranged in the shredder tube shell, the strip cutter is arranged on the side of the strip cutter support, and the spiral cutter support is clamped on the bottom surface of the strip cutter support, the spiral cutter is arranged on the spiral cutter support, the strip cutter and the spiral cutter are arranged perpendicular to each other. The rotary cutting machine integrates a strip cutter and a spiral cutter in a shredder tube shell, and integrates the two kinds of cuts with different output power modes to facilitate the conversion between the strip cutting and spiral cutting modes.
Adjustable blade assembly for a food processor
An adjustable blade assembly includes a threaded hub coupleable to a drive shaft of a food processor and a slicing plate slidably mounted on the hub. A slicing blade couples to the hub above a first surface of the slicing plate for cutting food introduced into the food processor. A cannulated support collar couples to the hub and includes a plurality of detents. A slicing adjustment sleeve rotatably couples to the hub and to the support collar to move the slicing plate up and down relative to the hub, thus changing a selected distance between the slicing plate and the slicing blade. As the user rotates the slicing adjustment sleeve, a plunger housed inside the slicing adjustment sleeve engages the plurality of detents on the support collar, thus providing tactile feedback to the user and maintaining the slicing blade in the desired position relative to the slicing plate.
ROLLING MULTI-USE FOOD PROCESSOR AND METHODS TO USE THE SAME
A food processor can include a body having a container portion and a food processing drum that is rotatably moveable relative to the body in a first rotary direction and a second rotary direction. The food processing drum can have a first food processing feature that causes a first food processing effect and a second food processing feature that causes a second food processing effect which is different from the first food processing effect. Rotation of the food processing drum in the first rotary direction can cause the first food processing effect and rotation of the food processing drum in the second rotary direction can cause the second food processing effect. Related methods are also provided.
Hand-held slicer
A hand-held slicing device having a handle connected to a slicing tray. The slicing tray includes a ramp leading to a fixed blade. The ramp is readily adjustable such that the height of the edge of the ramp most closely adjacent the blade can be raised or lowered. In one version, the ramp can be raised or lowered by sliding a support structure connected to a knob that can be slideably adjusted by the user's thumb. The device may include a series of julienne blades that are selectively extendable above the slicing ramp or retractable below the ramp.
