Open hole cutter/grater
An open hole food grater is provided. A hole is etched into the blade such that a cutting angle is formed with the plane of the cutting surface and the point at which the same meets the hole. This design of the open hole food grater not only increases the efficiency of food grating by allowing the use of the same in two cutting directions, it also eliminates all protrusions from the plane of the cutting surface. This substantially reduces any chance of a user being cut by coming into contact with the plan of the food cutting surface of the grater.

Storage and measurement container
A storage and measurement container for retaining a quantity of particulate material and dispensing a measured serving thereof. The container comprises an interior volume that is dividable into an upper volume and a lower volume via a slide, a sliding member that selectively occupies the lower volume, and a bottom lid for dispensing the contents of the lower volume. Pulling the slide and the sliding member out from the container causes granular material, such as flour or spices, to fall from the upper volume to the lower volume that is vacated by the sliding member. Measurement indicia on the slide corresponds to the amount of volume vacated by the sliding member. Once the desired amount of material has been deposited into the lower volume, the slide can be closed to seal the upper volume from the lower volume, and the contents of the lower volume can then be dispensed therefrom.

GRATER
A grater for grinding and cutting plant matter or medicines having a plate with a plurality of first identical shapes and a plurality of second identical shapes. The plurality of first identical shapes can be cut into the plate at a depth from 5 percent to 75 percent of the plate thickness. The plurality of second identical shapes can be positioned adjacent the first plurality of identical shapes forming a textured pattern on the plate. The plurality of second identical shapes can be sized to fit within a first inner diameter and extend through the plate, wherein a first portion of plant matter or medicine is broken down through grinding with the plurality of first identical shapes while a second portion of plant matter or medicine is cut using the plurality of second identical shapes before passing through the plurality of second identical shapes forming a ground and cut material.

Food grinder
A food grinder includes a grip mechanism having a flip cover body pivotally connected to a handle body, a cylindrical cutter set detachably mounted in the handle body, and a driving mechanism mounted in the grip mechanism. The grip mechanism includes first and second switch units electrically connected in series between a driving unit and a power supply unit. When the first switch unit is manually actuated to turn on while the second switch unit is actuated to turn on by the flip cover body as the flip cover body pivots toward a closing position, the driving unit operates with electric power supplied from the power supply unit to drive rotation of a cylindrical cutter of the cylindrical cutter set disposed in the handle body, such that a food ingredient in an inlet in the handle body is cut and grinded by the rotating cylindrical cutter.
Electric corn creamer and food grater
A novel Electric Corn Creamer and Food Grater (the Machine) designed to process tender ears of corn to obtain a corn paste in a single step by grating the kernels directly over the cob. The Machine may also be used to grate various types of products. In preferred embodiments, the Machine may be sized to be used as a small kitchen appliance, but alternative embodiments may be better suited for industrial applications. In some embodiments, the Machine may comprise various modules that can be easily attached and detached to facilitate cleaning and storage after each use.
