DECORATIVE PANEL COMPRISING A TEXTILE DECORATIVE LAYER
The decorative panel includes a substrate and a top layer. The substrate has at least one of polyvinyl chloride layer. The top layer includes a decorative textile layer providing the surface of the decorative panel. The top layer is laminated onto the substrate by thermal bonding of the top layer onto the substrate; or by a polyvinyl chloride based adhesive layer. The substrate is provided at a first pair of opposite edges with coupling parts, substantially in the form of male coupling parts and female coupling parts, for coupling two such panels to each other at their first pair of opposite edges. The coupling parts are provided with locking means which effects a locking in coupled condition of two such panels in the direction perpendicular to the surface of the coupled panels and/or into the direction perpendicular to the respective edges in the plane of the panels.
ENHANCEMENT OF LONG-TERM PROPERTIES OF CLOSED-CELL RIGID POLYURETHANE FOAMS
Polybutylene terephthalate can be used as a gas diffusion barrier for closed-cell rigid polyurethane foams. A thermal insulation element containing a closed-cell, rigid polyurethane foam, which is at least partially covered by a layer system containing at least one layer formed by a polybutylene terephthalate composition, is useful. Articles and devices may contain a corresponding thermal insulation structure, such as refrigerators, insulation panels, pipe insulations, water heaters, and thermally insulated transport boxes.
RADIO WAVE REFLECTION REDUCING SHEET AND VEHICLE MEMBER
A radio wave reflection reducing sheet provided with a laminate having a first primary surface and a second primary surface is disclosed. The laminate has: a first resin foam layer having a thickness from 0.05 to 3.00 mm and a density from 0.10 to 0.85 g/cm.sup.3, and a second resin foam layer having a thickness from 0.05 to 3.00 mm and a density from 0.20 to 0.90 g/cm.sup.3. The density of the second resin foam layer is greater than the density of the first resin foam layer. The first resin foam layer and the second resin foam layer are disposed in this order from the first primary surface side.

Article with Crosslinked Foam Layer Adhered to Substrate
The present disclosure provides an article. The article includes a crosslinked foam composition, an adhesive layer, and a substrate composed of an olefin-based polymer. The crosslinked foam composition includes an ethylene/a-olefin multi-block copolymer, an ethylene/propylene/diene terpolymer (EPDM), optional silicone rubber, optional blend component selected from ethylene/aolefin random copolymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), styrene-butadiene block copolymer, hydrogenated styrene-butadiene block copolymer, and combinations thereof, optional plasticizer, optional filler, and optional additive.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR FORMING SHORT-FIBER FILMS, COMPOSITES COMPRISING THERMOSETS, AND OTHER COMPOSITES
The present disclosure generally relates to systems and methods for composites, including short-fiber films and other composites. In certain aspects, composites comprising a plurality of aligned fibers are provided. The fibers may be substantially aligned, and may be present at relatively high densities within the composite. For example, the composite may include substantially aligned carbon fibers embedded within a thermoplastic substrate. The composites may be prepared, in some aspects, by dispersing fibers by neutralizing the electrostatic interactions between the fibers, for example using aqueous liquids containing the fibers that are able to neutralize the electrostatic interactions that typically occur between the fibers. The liquids may be applied to a substrate, and the fibers may be aligned using techniques such as shear flow and/or magnetism. Other aspects are generally directed to methods of using such composites, kits including such composites, or the like.
