The ceramic tile (4) is bonded to the inner surface of the natural stone plate (1). Counter-relies (9) are provided on the inner surface of the natural stone plate (1). The stone thickness at the bottom of the counter-reliefs (9) is 1 mm to 3.5 mm. The counter-reliefs (9) form a counter-relief figure. A cavity is provided between the counter-reliefs (9) and the body of the ceramic tile (4). The light source (2) is provided within the cavity. The cavity is also filled with curable transparent adhesive resin (3) on the side of the counter-reliefs (9) The decorative panel has good light transmitting properties and the light-transmitting surface is less prone to damage.

Further, a second layer is stacked on the intermediate layer and the flame-retardant resin is applied to the second layer. The multilayer structure is then heated to a desired temperature and a pressure is applied about the multilayer structure for a predetermined process time. Moreover, the flame-retardant resin is prevented from entering spaces of the honeycomb structure. After elapse of the predetermined process time, the pressure is released, creating the unitized structure.

The heat insulation and preservation layer is a fiber-reinforced aerogel felt. A preparation method of the heat insulation and preservation composite board includes: (1) laying the fiber-reinforced aerogel felt flat; (2) laying the first panel layer flat on the upper surface of the fiber-reinforced aerogel felt; (3) performing a hot-press molding process to obtain the heat insulation and preservation composite board.

The substrate toughening layer includes the following components: 30-50 parts of inorganic active powder, 30-55 parts of quartz sand, 15-20 parts of quartz powder, 0.5-1.2 parts of water reducer, 4-8 parts of water and 0.8-2.5 parts of toughening agent.
