DECORATIVE SHEET AND DECORATIVE MATERIAL USING SAME
Provided is a decorative sheet comprising a base material layer, a transparent resin layer and a surface protection layer in the presented order, wherein at least one of the base material layer and the transparent resin layer is constituted by a resin composition comprising a resin having an ultraviolet absorption wavelength at least at 270 to 300 nm; absorbance All of the surface protection layer at wavelengths from 270 to 300 nm is 0.6 or more; and absorbance A.sub.12 of the transparent resin layer and the surface protection layer at wavelengths from 270 to 300 nm is 2.7 or more, and wherein the decorative sheet can suppress time-dependent degradation caused by ultraviolet ray, and has excellent weather resistance. Also provided is a decorative material obtained using the decorative sheet.
MINERAL-BASED PANEL
A mineral-based panel including a core, wherein the panel includes a mechanical locking system at respective opposite first and second edges, for assembling a first panel in an assembled position with an adjacent second panel by means of a folding displacement and/or a vertical displacement of the adjacent panels; the first edge including a locking strip projecting beyond a vertical plane and a locking element projecting from the locking strip; the second edge including a downwardly open locking groove configured to receive the locking element by for horizontal locking of the adjacent panels, wherein a first pair of horizontal locking surfaces includes a first locking surface provided by the locking element and a second locking surface provided by the locking groove. The locking system has play between the first locking surface and the second locking surface during assembling of the first and second panel by means of said displacement.
ENGINEERED FLOORING PRODUCT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THEREOF
The present disclosure relates to a method of manufacturing an engineered flooring product comprising a core layer. The method provides the steps of: (a) mixing a hydrate compound, one or more stabilizing agents, and water in a mixer, forming a raw material slurry; (b) spreading a first layer of the raw material slurry onto a cull plate; (c) curing the first layer of raw material slurry; (d) after step (c), releasing the cured first layer of raw material slurry from the cull plate; (e) after step (d), trimming the cured first layer of raw material slurry released from the cull plate; and, (f) after step (e), cooling the cured first layer of raw material slurry released from the cull plate for at least about 24 hours at a temperature ranging from about 10° C.-30° C. thereby forming the engineered flooring product.

Sound absorption panel
An acoustic sound absorptive panel or block is provided that is made from a plurality of materials and volumes selected such that each discrete volume of material has a sufficiently different sound absorption profile, resulting in a system that provides better overall sound absorption of traffic noise from motorways and railways in a practical and cost-efficient manner.
FLOOR ELEMENT FOR FORMING A FLOOR COVERING, A FLOOR COVERING, AND A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A FLOOR ELEMENT
A floor element for forming a floor covering, wherein the floor element comprises a decorative layer made of a ceramic material and a support layer arranged below this decorative layer, wherein the support layer comprises edges provided with coupling elements configured to realize a mechanical coupling with coupling elements of an adjacent floor element and wherein the floor element comprises an intermediate layer having a resin material and wherein said resin material comprises a modulus of elasticity greater than 0.1 GPa, preferably greater than 0.5 GPa, even more preferably greater than 1 GPa.
Inter-penetrating elastomer network derived from ground tire rubber particles
Crumb rubber obtained from recycled tires is subjected to an interlinked substitution process. The process utilizes a reactive component that interferes with sulfur bonds. The resulting treated rubber exhibits properties similar to those of the virgin composite rubber structure prior to being granulated, and is suitable for use in fabricating new tires, engineered rubber articles, and asphalt rubber for use in waterproofing and paving applications.

Tile setting structure and method of setting tile
A method of setting tile includes constructing a floor panel and a plurality of wall panels and attaching each of the plurality of wall panels to either the floor panel or one of the other wall panels with a waterproof caulk. Each of the wall panels includes a first rigid layer, a second rigid layer attached to the first rigid layer by a thinset mortar, and a waterproofing layer formed of a flexible material and attached to the second rigid layer by the thinset mortar.
Flour binder for gypsum board, and related methods, product, and slurries
Disclosed is an acid-modified flour and a method of making the acid-modified flour. The acid-modified flour is desirably prepared using a dry milling process. A starting flour is combined with a strong acid to form a mixture. The mixture is heated. A neutralizer is added to increase the pH of the mixture. If desired, the mixture can be dried and any agglomerates can be removed. The acid-modified flour can be used as a binder in a slurry for preparing one or more gypsum layers in a gypsum board.
