A system of interchangeable chafing dish components may comprise a water pan comprising a holding portion configured to receive and hold at least one of liquid and ice, a food pan capable of being restably coupled to the water pan, the food pan comprising an interior portion configured to receive and hold at least one of a food and a liquid, a lid capable of being interchangeably coupled to at least one of the water pan and the food pan, and a plurality of knobs comprising a first knob and a second knob that is different from the first knob, wherein each of the first knob and the second knob is capable of being interchangeably coupled to the lid.

A station for covering a bread roll half of a bread roll with a sauce in a preparation line of a fast food restaurant, comprising: a table by which a user standing at a front side can cover a bread roll half with sauce, a container comprising the sauce and arranged over the table at a working distance from the front side and from which an outlet nozzle oriented towards the table protrudes at a vertical distance from the table, so that the bread roll half which is to be covered with sauce can be placed on the table below the outlet nozzle, and a pressure actuator that can be actuated by the user and which is designed to dispense the sauce from the container onto the bread roll half when actuated by the user.

A kitchen utensil suspension assembly for storing kitchen utensils over a kitchen sink includes a pair of brackets that is each of the brackets coupled to a vertical support surface. An improved scoop combination or measuring spoon combination (FIG. 1A) (1) having a handle (2) with a bowl (3) at one end and, at the opposing end, a bracket that removably mounts to a container closure (FIG. 1B) (10). The top of the bracket is covered and substantially angled to support the scoop or measuring spoon combination (1) on a work surface and to catch remnants of material that may fall from the scoop or measuring spoon combination (1) while in the self-supporting position (FIG. 2). Additionally, the bowl (3) of the scoop or measuring spoon may have measurement marks (8), and the top of the bracket may remain open to provide a way for a human to easily cause the scoop or measuring spoon combination (1) to scoop out or measure the ingredients of a container. Thus, several advantages include keeping scoops or measuring spoons from getting lost, getting crusty with granular material that came into contact with a wet surface, and taking up more counter or drawer space.
