Self-adhesive flexible mineral-wool laminates for insulation of metallic sheet ducts or cavities
The invention is drawn to flexible self-adhesive mineral wool laminate, comprisinga mineral wool insulation mat with a first and second main face, a first facing laminated onto the first main face of the mineral wool insulation mat, a second facing which is a double-sided adhesive structure adhered with one if its adhesive faces to the second main face of the mineral wool insulation mat, the other adhesive face being made of or comprising a pressure sensitive adhesive, the laminate being characterized by the fact that the double-sided adhesive structure comprises a plurality of through-holes, and to use of such laminates for insulating metallic sheet ducts or cavities.
INSULATION ARTICLES INCLUDING CORROSION INHIBITORS AND METHODS OF PRODUCING THE SAME
Unique insulation articles including corrosion inhibitors and methods of producing the same are disclosed. One exemplary embodiment is an article of manufacture comprising an insulation mat comprising a cured combination of a plurality of randomly oriented fibers and a binder, the insulation mat extending between a first surface and a second surface, a veil attached to the first surface, the veil structured to inhibit physical movement of the cured combination through the veil, a metal sheet attached to the second surface by a water-containing adhesive contacting the metal sheet and the second surface, and a corrosion inhibitor composition deposited on the cured combination of the insulation mat, the corrosion inhibitor composition being effective to modify toward neutral a pH of the cured combination in contact with water from the water-containing adhesive.
VENEERED ELEMENT AND METHOD OF PRODUCING SUCH A VENEERED ELEMENT
A method for the generation of a gas mixture comprising carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and optionally hydrogen for use in hydroformylation plants or in carbonylation plants, including mixing an optional steam with carbon dioxide in the desired molar ratio, feeding the resulting gas to a solid oxide electrolysis cell (SOEC) or an SOEC stack at a sufficient temperature for the cell or cell stack to operate while effecting a partial conversion of carbon dioxide to carbon monoxide and optionally of steam to hydrogen, removing some or all the remaining steam from the raw product gas stream by cooling the raw product gas stream and separating the remaining product gas from a liquid, and using said gas mixture containing CO and CO.sub.2 for liquid phase synthesis reactions utilizing carbon monoxide as one of the reactants while recycling CO.sub.2 to the SOEC or SOEC stack.
COATING COMPOSITION, IN PARTICULAR FOR PRODUCING A COATED WALL, FLOOR OR CEILING COVERING, IN PARTICULAR FOR PRODUCING COATED WALLPAPER
The present invention relates to a coating composition for the production of a coated substrate and, in particular, for the production of a coated wall, floor and ceiling covering.
Soundproof composite flooring of magnesium sulfate and solid wood
The invention relates to composite floorings, more particularly to a soundproof composite flooring of magnesium sulfate and solid wood. The soundproof composite flooring includes a paint layer, a solid wood layer, a magnesium sulfate substrate layer, and a soundproof layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the solid wood layer and the magnesium sulfate substrate layer are bonded via AB glue by cold pressing or via a hot-melt adhesive; a plurality of cylindrical holes are arranged along edges of an upper surface of the magnesium sulfate substrate layer, and a buffer structure is arranged in each of the cylindrical holes; the buffer structure includes a rubber base which fits a bottom of the cylindrical holes, and a support disk which is opposite to the solid wood layer. The rubber base and the support disk are connected by a rubber column.
MULTILAYERED FLEXIBLE HOSE
The invention relates to a multilayer flexible hose, especially a multilayer flexible brake hose.
The hose has the following layer structure: a single-ply or multi-ply outer layer based on at least one elastomer and at least one single-ply or multi-ply textile strength member layer and at least one single-ply or multi-ply textile adhesive layer, wherein the adhesive layer contains as the adhesive at least one zinc(II) salt of acrylic acid and/or at least one zinc(II) salt of methacrylic acid and/or at least one zinc(II) salt of monomethacrylic acid and a single-ply or multi-ply inner layer based on at least one elastomer.
Sound-absorbing membrane, sound absorbing material, and methods of manufacture thereof
Provided are a sound-absorbing membrane, a sound-absorbing material, and methods of manufacture therefor that can provide suitable sound absorbing performance, suppressed deterioration in appearance quality, and easy production. A sound-absorbing membrane 10 includes: a base sheet 11 made of a nonwoven fabric having a airflow resistance of 0.01 to 0.1 kPa.Math.s/m; and a resin film 12 covering one surface of the base sheet, the resin film 12 made of a thermosetting resin in a semi-cured state. Fillers 13 made of powder having an average particle diameter of 1 to 100 m are dispersed in the resin film 12. The sound-absorbing membrane 10 has a whole airflow resistance of 0.2 to 5.0 kPa.Math.s/m. A sound-absorbing material 20 includes a sound absorbing base sheet 21 made of a porous material, and the sound-absorbing membrane 10 laminated on one surface or both surfaces of the sound absorbing base sheet 21 such that the resin film 12 faces the sound absorbing base sheet 21, the sound-absorbing material 20 has a predetermined shape.
Building board and method of forming the building board
A building board including a cementitious layer between two fiber mats. At least one fiber mat forms with a polymer film a fiber mat/polymer film laminate. The cementitious layer of the building board contains a reactive water-insoluble polymer which improves binding of the fiber mat/polymer film laminate to the cementitious layer. The building board has a low water absorption and a high level surface finish.
