A method of delivering over the air, shelled portions of fluids or granular substances containing effective ingredients, to a target, includes the following stages: selecting a type and a size of the shelled portions containing the required effective ingredients, based on mission parameters and physical data of a scene containing the target; conveying the shelled portions to a delivery point, based on the mission parameters and the physical data; and ballistically delivering the shelled portions towards the target, wherein the shelled portions comprise fluids or granular substances covered by shells that provide the shelled portions a ballistic coefficient that is significantly higher than a ballistic coefficient of similar portions without the shells.

A three-dimensional substrate has a first surface, a second surface, land areas and comprises three-dimensional protrusions extending outward from the second surface of the three-dimensional substrate. CELLULOSE ESTER MULTILAYER INTERLAYERS
An interlayer structure having a cellulose ester layer for use in structural laminates is described herein. The cellulose ester layer provides rigidity and support to multilayer interlayers comprising an array of different layers. Due to the diverse properties of the cellulose ester layers, the present interlayers can be useful in producing structural laminates having high stiffness and which possess good optical clarity for a variety of applications, including outdoor structural applications.

A method for manufacturing an electrode film includes the steps of laminating a metal layer and a black photoresist layer sequentially on a first main surface of a transparent base material, subjecting the black photoresist layer to patterning in a mesh shape by partially exposing the black photoresist layer and performing development, processing the metal layer into a metal mesh electrode by subjecting the metal layer to etching by using the black photoresist layer subjected to the patterning as an etching mask until the metal layer has a width smaller than a width of a thin wire line constituting a mesh of the black photoresist layer, and covering an upper surface and both side surfaces of a thin wire line constituting a mesh of the metal mesh electrode with the black photoresist layer by heating and softening the black photoresist layer to cause the black photoresist layer softened to flow.

METHODS OF REPLENISHING A WRITABLE AND CLEANABLE ARTICLE AND KITS
Methods and kits including writable and cleanable articles, wherein in one embodiment, a method of replenishing a hydrophilic surface on a writable and cleanable article is provided. The method comprising: providing a writable and cleanable article that includes a hydrophilic overcoat that has an at least partially depleted (i.e., at least partially exhausted) hydrophilic surface; and applying a cleaning and protecting composition to at least a portion of the hydrophilic overcoat; and drying the cleaning and protecting composition to provide a dried surface having a replenished hydrophilic surface. The writable and cleanable article includes: a base member having a front surface; a facing layer comprising a cured polymeric matrix and a plurality of inorganic nanoparticles dispersed in the polymeric matrix, wherein the facing layer is disposed on at least a portion of the base member front surface; an optional primer layer disposed on at least a portion of the facing layer; and a hydrophilic overcoat bonded to the facing layer and/or the optional primer layer through siloxane bonds, thereby providing a hydrophilic surface that is writable and cleanable. The cleaning and protecting composition includes: a hydrophilic silane; a surfactant; and water.
