TUNGSTEN OXIDE NANOSTRUCTURE THIN FILMS FOR ELECTROCHROMIC DEVICES
A method of manufacturing a thin film is provided. The method includes providing a plurality of crystalline hexagonal tungsten trioxide particles, size-reducing the crystalline hexagonal tungsten trioxide particles by grinding to produce crystalline hexagonal tungsten trioxide nanostructures, and coating the crystalline hexagonal tungsten trioxide nanostructures onto a substrate to produce a thin film. An electrochromic multi-layer stack is also provided.

A porous membrane is provided having a compound having an ionic group and a hydrophobic group, a metal oxide, and a binder resin. The content of the compound having an ionic group and a hydrophobic group is 0.2 to 2 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the metal oxide.

A porous membrane is provided having a compound having an ionic group and a hydrophobic group, a metal oxide, and a binder resin. The content of the compound having an ionic group and a hydrophobic group is 0.2 to 2 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the metal oxide.

An object of the present invention is to provide a conductive film which can he easily produced, has high light transmittance and has excellent flatness, and has a hard coat layer; and a polarizing plate and a display device provided with a touch panel which have a conductive film. The conductive film of the present invention includes a support which has an in-plane retardation Re (550) of 10 nm or less at a wavelength of 550 nm and has a retardation Rth (550) of 60 to 60 nm at a wavelength of 550 nm in a thickness direction; a conductive layer which is disposed on at least one surface of the support, includes fullerene functionalized carbon nanotubes, and has a thickness of less than 10 m; and a hard coat layer which is disposed adjacent to the conductive layer.
