A moisture permeable device and refrigerator having the same; the moisture permeable device includes a corresponding first surface (110) and second surface (111); at least parts of the first surface (110) and the second surface (111) of the moisture permeable device define a hollow cavity (301); through-holes are provided at regions of the first surface (110) and the second surface (111) of the moisture permeable device defining the cavity (301); and regenerated cellulose is accommodated in the cavity (301). A manufacturing method of the moisture permeable device comprises pouring a regenerated cellulose slurry with a tackifier added thereto into the cavity (301) to form a moisture permeable film, thus allowing omission of an assembling procedure and a non-woven support.
PACKAGING MATERIAL AND METHOD OF USING THE SAME
The packaging material is formed of a laminated film having a base material containing cellulose acylate and a resin layer. The resin layer is formed on one surface of the base material and contains any one of a mixture of an acrylic resin and a cellulose derivative, a silicone elastomer, or a urethane elastomer. The packaging material is formed of the laminated film having a moisture permeability at 40 C. and a relative humidity of 90% in a range of 60 g/m.sup.2.Math.day or more and 700 g/m.sup.2.Math.day or less.

Nitric oxide-releasing packaging membranes
Biodegradable composite membranes with antimicrobial properties consisting of nanocellulose fibrils, chitosan, and S-Nitroso-N-acetylpenicillamine (SNAP) were developed and tested for food packaging applications. Nitric oxide donor, SNAP was encapsulated into completely dispersed chitosan in 100 mL, 0.1N acetic acid and was thoroughly mixed with nanocellulose fibrils (CNF) to produce a composite membrane. The fabricated membranes had a uniform dispersion of chitosan and SNAP within the nanocellulose fibrils, which was confirmed through Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) micrographs and chemiluminescence nitric oxide analyzer. The membranes prepared without SNAP showed lower water vapor permeability than that of the membranes with SNAP. The addition of SNAP resulted in a decrease in the Young's modulus for both 2-layer and 3-layer membrane configurations. Antimicrobial property evaluation of SNAP incorporated membranes showed an effective zone of inhibition against bacterial strains of Enterococcus faecalis, Staphylococcus aureus, and Listeria monocytogenes and demonstrated its potential applications for food packaging.
Nitric oxide-releasing packaging membranes
Biodegradable composite membranes with antimicrobial properties consisting of nanocellulose fibrils, chitosan, and S-Nitroso-N-acetylpenicillamine (SNAP) were developed and tested for food packaging applications. Nitric oxide donor, SNAP was encapsulated into completely dispersed chitosan in 100 mL, 0.1N acetic acid and was thoroughly mixed with nanocellulose fibrils (CNF) to produce a composite membrane. The fabricated membranes had a uniform dispersion of chitosan and SNAP within the nanocellulose fibrils, which was confirmed through Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) micrographs and chemiluminescence nitric oxide analyzer. The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a cellulosic film (cellulose film), particularly a cellulosic food packing film, especially a detectable cellulosic film, which cellulosic film comprises detectable particles incorporated therein, as well as to the cellulosic film thus produced and to its applications and usages (i.e. its use).
