Water bagel cookware and method
A bagel cookware comprises a round bagel tray sized to hold about four bagels in a twelve inch pot of boiling water. The bagel tray has about four vertical bagel support rods and a central socket comprising a cylindrical collar. This cylindrical collar has a pair of vertical slots to receive a T bar end of a lifting handle. When the handle is twisted the T bar end engages a pair of retainer channels. The handle also has a series of anti-floatation screens so the bagels cannot float while boiling. The chef can use the removable handle to place the cookware in boiling water, then pick up the cookware and place it in an oven. Commercial embodiments could use robotics and hold dozens of bagels on an equivalent apparatus. Alternative embodiments include a stamped anti-flotation screen, a hollow handle rod fitting over the central socket, and the T bar engaged through the central socket.

FOOD PORTIONING SYSTEM
A food portioning system to more accurately and/or quickly portion food served from a food container includes a support for a container and a bracket coupled with the support. The bracket includes a scrape bar positioned above the support to level food within a serving implement. The scrape bar can also be used as a handle to carry, insert, and/or remove the food container from a steam table. The scrape bar can be adjustable relative to the support to position the scrape bar at varying heights. Such food portioning systems can be used to support a food container within a food well or on a countertop.

DEVICES AND METHODS OF SUPPORTING AND MOVING DISHES
Devices and methods for supporting and moving dishes. The devices include a base, and first and second pairs of arms extending from the base in opposite directions along a longitudinal axis of the device. Each of the first and second pairs of arms is spaced apart in a lateral direction of the device. The device further includes a first recess defined by and between the first pair of arms and a second recess defined by and between the second pair of arms to define first and second receptacles, respectively. Each recess has a perimeter exceeding one-half of a circumference of a circle. Accesses to the recesses are disposed on the longitudinal axis of the device and defined between opposing distal ends of the first and second pairs of arms. The first and second pairs of arms define, respectively, first and second sets of handles of the device.

Trivet system
A trivet system comprises a first trivet and a second trivet coupled to the first trivet. The first trivet and the second trivet are moveable relative to one another between a position in which the second trivet is disposed within a perimeter of the first trivet, and a position in which the second trivet is disposed outside a perimeter of the first trivet. There may also be a third trivet coupled to the second trivet. The second trivet and the third trivet are movable relative to one another between a position in which the third trivet is disposed within a perimeter of the second trivet, and a position in which the third trivet is disposed outside a perimeter of the second trivet.
