CHARGING MEMBER WITH COATING LAYER
A charging member, including: a conductive support; and a conductive body mounted on the conductive support, in which the conductive body includes an elastic layer located on the conductive support, a resin layer located on the elastic layer, and a coating layer located on the resin layer to form an outermost surface of the conductive body, and the coating layer contains a polysiloxane compound having a molecular structure that includes an Si—O—Zr bond.
GLUELESS DUSTLESS COMPOSITE FLOORING MATERIAL SYSTEM
A glueless dustless composite flooring material system providing PVC-based flooring having layers providing different qualities of hardness, wear-resistance, sound deadening, and decorative patterns, avoiding the use of moisture-susceptible compressed dust filler, with layers fused together, avoiding the manufacturing complexity and delamination risks of using glue or adhesive, with a quickly-cured, UV-cured top coating providing long-lasting high performance and shortening and simplifying the manufacturing, which can be done in a sheet-form, essentially continuous-run manner, with an ability to quickly and simply change the optional design printing and texturing produced, and having an optional underlayment layer.

Golf ball and manufacturing method thereof
A golf ball of one aspect of the present invention includes a spherical core, one or more cover members to cover the core, and a coating layer to coat a cover member configuring an outermost layer of the one or more cover members. A plurality of dimples is formed in the cover member. Shore-D hardness of the cover member is equal to or larger than 50. A 10% modulus of the coating layer is equal to or smaller than 160 kgf/cm.sup.2. Roughness is produced on a surface of the coating layer after applying a coating material over the cover member of the outermost layer A maximum height Rz of the coating layer is equal to or larger than 3 μm.
ADHESIVE BONDING COMPOSITION AND METHOD OF USE
A method of and system for adhesive bonding by a) providing a polymerizable adhesive composition on a surface of an element to be bonded to form an assembly; b) irradiating the assembly with radiation at a first wavelength capable of vulcanization of bonds in the polymerizable adhesive composition by activation of sulfur-containing compound with at least one selected from x-ray, e-beam, visible, or infrared light to thereby generate ultraviolet light in the polymerizable adhesive composition; and c) adhesively joining two or more components together by way of the polymerizable adhesive composition, and a curable polymer for use therein.
Annular-pleated circular braid
Aspects of this disclosure can be used to implement a braided cover comprising a plurality of left handed fibers and a plurality of right-handed fibers braided into a hollow tube of fabric. Such a braided cover may be adapted to form a plurality of annular ridges and annular valleys along the longitudinal length of the braided cover when compressed from an extended length to a compressed length.

MULTI-USE ADHESIVE TAPE
A multi-use adhesive tape including a first backing layer, a first adhesive layer on at least part of a surface of the first backing layer, a second backing layer and a second adhesive layer on at least part of a surface of the second backing layer. The second adhesive layer is releasably engaged with the first backing layer and the tape is configured so that the tape can be applied to an article using the first adhesive layer and, after removal from the article, the first backing layer can be removed so that the second backing layer can be applied to the article using the second adhesive layer.
Curative
A curative for epoxidized plant-based oils and epoxidized natural rubber is created from the reaction between a naturally occurring polyfunctional acid and an epoxidized plant-based oil is disclosed. The curative may be used to produce at least one of six different materials, wherein each type of material may be configured as a thermosetting elastomer that is crosslinked with β-hydroxyester linkages. The materials may be configured as a leather-like material, a foam material, a molded elastomer, a coating, an adhesive, and/or a rigid or semi-rigid material. Illustrative articles made from any combination of the six materials may be recycled using a mechano-chemical process to de-crosslink the thermosetting elastomer.
