LAYERED SHEET, LAYERED SHEET PRE-PRODUCT, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING LAYERED SHEET
An object of the present invention is to provide a layered sheet having improved mechanical properties and excellent interlayer adhesion. The object can be fulfilled by a layered sheet formed by layering a modified-polyolefin layer (3), a copolymerized polyamide layer, (4), and a thermoplastic polyurethane-based resin layer (5) in this order on at least one surface of a cloth layered sheet (2) formed by layering a plurality of cloths comprised of thermoplastic resin strands or a layered sheet formed by layering a modified-polyolefin layer (3), a copolymerized polyamide layer, (4), and a polyamide-based resin layer (6) in this order on at least one surface of a cloth layered sheet (2) formed by layering a plurality of cloths comprised of thermoplastic resin strands.

Poly(vinyl chloride) substrates and method for producing the same
Articles and methods of manufacture of poly(vinyl chloride)-based substrates are described. The substrates may be utilized in various consumer, industrial, transportation, building and construction, and agricultural applications and may include reclaimed poly(vinyl chloride).
Polymer film and method for preparing polymer film
The present invention relates to a polymer film comprising a base film comprising polyamide-based resin; and two or more kinds of copolymers comprising polyamide-based segments and polyether-based segments, and a method for preparing the polymer film.
Layered Sheet and Method for Molding Layered Sheet Molded Product
A layered sheet product formed by layering a plurality of cloths comprised of thermoplastic resin strands and formed by layering a coating layer comprised of a thermoplastic resin onto at least one surface of the cloths, in which the thermoplastic resin is comprised of the same component as the strands and has a thickness of 0.02 mm or more and 1.0 mm or less, and a storage modulus of the coating layer at 150? C. is 3.00?106 Pa or higher and 1.00?108 Pa or lower, and a method for press molding the layered sheet and releasing the molded product after cooling to a range of 70? C. or more and 120? C. or less; and subsequently lowering the molded product temperature to 60? C. or lower.
Garment multilayered-lining sewing process
This disclosure relates to a sewing process of a breathable, reusable, and leak-proof garment multilayered-lining having absorbent, antimicrobial, waterproofing, and steam dispersion functions. Such lining aims at preventing body fluids such as sweat, blood, vaginal fluids, menstrual fluid, urine, breast milk, or post-surgical fluids from leaking. Such a lining provides the absorbent, antimicrobial, waterproofing, and steam dispersion functions. The lining may be sewed or adhered to the garment piece including: men's and women's underwear, shorts, short pants, skirts, pants, bras, shirts, T-shirts, jumpsuits, body shapers, dresses, men's and women's nightwear, etc. The sewing process creates channels for the liquid and creates a non-linear U-shaped structure on the lining to prevent leakage from the sides. The disclosed lining also has a reduced number of layers on its sides due to one of its layers being smaller in width than the other layers, making the coating thinner for the wearer.
Elastic sheet for absorbent article and absorbent article
An elastic sheet for an absorbent article includes a first fibrous layer disposed on a first surface of the elastic sheet, a second fibrous layer disposed on a second surface of the elastic sheet opposite to the first surface, and contractible elastic members secured between the first fibrous layer and the second fibrous layer. The first fibrous layer and the second fibrous layer each include continuous fibers of thermoplastic and gathers formed between adjacent ones of the elastic members. The gathers are disposed in an intersecting direction intersecting with a direction in which the elastic members extend. An average flexural rigidity value of the first fibrous layer and the second fibrous layer in accordance with a KES method is 0.003510.sup.4 to 0.02210.sup.4 (N.Math.m.sup.2/m). A thickness under a compression load to the gathers in accordance with the KES method is 0.22 to 1.5 mm.
