Large, kitchen island cutting board on locking wheels, that provides a safe and proficient food preparation working device for cooks of all skill levels. This invention incorporates a base unit that said device and components reside in and on as described herein. Cutting board height of invention is adjustable, a stand and handle for said cutting board is attached. The cutting board has attached to it stainless-steel deep-dish food pans in folding brackets to hold food items to be prepared and or debris deposited into for disposal. A light fixture above cutting area for convenience and safety is attached to the base unit of the invention.

A cutting board is configured to be suspended above a sink basin. The cutting board includes a top, cutting surface, and a bottom surface opposite the top surface. The cutting board also includes a bevel, an upper ledge, and a bumper. The bevel is disposed along a first edge of the bottom surface. The upper ledge extends outwardly beyond the bevel to support the cutting board along a rim of the sink or countertop. The bumper is disposed on the bevel and engages with the sink to prevent movement of the cutting board in one direction. The cutting board is configured to be used in both a mounted configuration above a basin of the sink and an unmounted configuration on a flat surface away from the sink.

Serving platter systems for grill to table convenience are disclosed herein. Various embodiments include a platter including a dorsal plater surface and a cutting board including a ventral cutting board surface. In some embodiments the ventral cutting board surface seamlessly engages with the dorsal platter surface to form the serving platter system for grill to table convenience. In various embodiments the dorsal cutting board surface further comprises an indentation for trapping juices from grilled food items. Furthermore, the dorsal platter surface comprises a fluid receiving indentation section of the dorsal platter surface for receiving juices from grilled food items.

This disclosure relates to a disposable cutting board assembly. The assembly includes a homogenous sheet of cut-resistant paper material having an inner cutting area. A plurality of peripheral outer borders and a plurality of corners extend from said inner cutting area to an endless exterior edge. The inner cutting area, said outer borders and said corners each have a top surface and a bottom surface. A coating of plastic is disposed on said top surface of said inner cutting area, said outer borders and said corners of said homogeneous sheet of paper material. The coating of plastic provides a sterile durable surface to prevent liquid absorption into said sheet of paper material and reduces cross contamination. An embossed pattern is within said inner cutting area. The embossed pattern includes plurality of embossed lines that intersect to form a plurality of repeating geometric shapes. Each of the plurality of repeating geometric shapes include at least one acute angle. A depressed area is within each of the repeating geometric shapes. The depressed area prevents liquid overflow. Each of the plurality of embossed lines has opposing sides that are parallel to each other and extend to a flat top, or has opposing sides that are transverse to each other.

Nestable containers are provided for installation within a compatible cutting board or for stand-alone use. A first container features a lip along at least part of a circumference of the container, and a ledge below the lip that also extends along at least part of the circumference. A second container features a cooperative lip that, when the second container is nested within the first container, engages or rests upon the ledge of the first container. The lips and/or the ledge may be continuous or discontinuous.

The cutlery apparatus includes a support member that is planar in manner having an upper surface and a perimeter edge. A first brace member and a second brace member are mounted to the upper surface of the support member and further include a void therebetween. The first brace member and second brace member are parallel to each other and angularly oriented on the support member. A cutting member is provided wherein the cutting member has a first portion disposed within the void and a second portion extending beyond the perimeter edge of the support member.
