The invention relates to an underlay strip consisting of silicon and having a top side and a substantially planar underside, the top side of the underlay strip having at least two raised supporting surfaces.

A cutting board with one or more cut-out sections is provided. The cutting board includes at least one work surface and a frame that transitions from a first (e.g., closed, stowed) position to a second position in which the frame at least partially defines a cut-out for removably holding one or more containers. The work surface may be used to prepare food ingredients, which are easily transported to the one or more containers. When work is complete, the containers are removed and the frame is returned to the first position, in which the cutting board occupies less space than in the second position.

A fishing system comprising an insulated housing defining an upper compartment and a lower compartment, wherein the upper compartment of the housing comprises a removable cooling chest, a lid hingedly attached to a top edge of the rear wall and a cutting board attached to an exterior surface of the lid. A combination is provided that is used as a self-healing cutting board or a storage container. Both comprise a natural fabric and a formulation. The formulation infuses the natural fabric. The formulation comprises a natural wax, which is preferably bees wax and Damar resin, and has a melting point of about 70 C to about 80 C. The cutting board can be rejuvenated by heating. Both the board and the storage containers are anti-microbial, non-skid, water resistant, re-useable and compostable.

A cutting board assembly for cutting a fruit includes a base that may be positioned on a support surface. The base may support a fruit. A clamp is slidably coupled to the base and the clamp may be manipulated. The clamp engages the fruit when the fruit is positioned on the base. Thus, the fruit is restrained on the base.

A metal cutting board is integrally formed by a metal plate body and includes a first plate body, a second plate body, and an inclined connecting portion. The second plate body is disposed around a periphery of the first plate body, the second plate body and the first plate body are parallel to each other, and the second plate body and the first plate body are positioned on planes of different heights. The inclined connecting portion is circumferentially disposed between the first plate body and the second plate body. The first plate body, the second plate body, and the inclined connecting portion are integrally formed from the metal plate body and are connected to form a shallow tray structure.

A system for collecting liquids includes a platter and two or more cutting boards. The platter includes an upper surface, a lower surface, and a platter edge surrounding and joining the upper surface and the lower surface. The platter edge on the upper surface is higher than two or more centers of the upper surface. The platter includes one or more ridges on the lower surface. The one or more ridges is contiguous with the platter edge on the upper surface. Each of the two or more cutting boards include a top surface for receiving food items, a bottom surface resting on the upper surface of the platter, and a board edge surrounding and joining the top surface and the bottom surface. Each cutting board is placed on a center of the upper surface.

A system for serving and collecting liquids includes a platter and a cutting board. The platter includes an upper surface, a lower surface, and an edge surrounding and joining the upper surface and the lower surface. The edge on the upper surface is higher than a center of the upper surface. The cutting board includes a top surface for receiving food items, a bottom surface resting on the upper surface of the platter, and multiple holes extending from the top surface to the bottom surface. The holes progressively widen after a specific depth from the top surface to the bottom surface.

A pizza pan is disclosed including guidelines configured to aid in precisely cutting a pizza into slices with desired shapes. The pizza pan includes a flat base, vertical walls surrounding the flat base, a plurality of guidelines formed upon the flat base, and for each of the guidelines, a visible guideline locator situated upon one of the walls proximate to the guideline. The guidelines are configured to receive and guide a sharpened edge of a round pizza cutting tool as the tool cuts the pizza.

Various embodiments are directed to a cutting board tray for capturing foodstuffs removed from the cutting board. The cutting board tray comprises a a planar base portion configured to be positioned between a bottom surface of a cutting board and a support surface on which both the cutting board and tray are positioned; at least one raised edge extending perpendicular from the base portion; and at least one open edge. In various embodiments, the planar base portion is sufficiently thin that the cutting board remains stable when a contact portion of the bottom surface of the cutting board is positioned on the base portion.
