Laminated glass
A laminated glass having an interlayer between a glass plate on an exterior side of a vehicle and a glass plate on an interior side of the vehicle, includes a heat generator on a principal surface on a vehicle-exterior side of the glass plate that is on the interior side of the vehicle, wherein at least one of the glass plate on the exterior side of the vehicle and the glass plate on the interior side of the vehicle has a wedge shape in cross section, and wherein a maximum value of a layer thickness of the interlayer is less than or equal to 1 mm.
Laminate countertop with synthetic polymer substrate
A laminate countertop with a curved edge profile includes a base support including a synthetic polymer material. The synthetic polymer material can be a closed-cell polymer foam. The base support includes a top surface, a bottom surface, opposing longitudinal sides, at least one of which comprises the curved edge profile, and opposing latitudinal sides. The countertop also includes a laminate cover formed from a cured resin material adhered to and covering at least a portion of the top surface and at least a portion of the curved edge profile of the base support. A method for forming the laminate countertop includes steps of providing the base support and adhering the laminate cover over at least a portion of the top surface and a portion of the curved edge profile of the base support.
FLOOR COVERING AND SET OF COMPONENTS FOR SUCH A FLOOR COVERING
A floor covering including a flexible underfloor having at least one foamed polymer layer; one or more sheet vinyl floor elements or LVT floor elements, one or more LVT floor elements, or one or more rigid LVT floor elements, an adhesive layer that bonds the underfloor and the floor element to one another.
METHODS FOR FORMING CURVED GLASS ARTICLES
Embodiments of a method of cold-forming a glass article are disclosed. In one or more embodiments, the method includes bending a glass sheet over the chuck such that a first major surface of the glass sheets conforms to a bending surface of the chuck. In one or more embodiments, the method includes adhering a frame to the second major surface of the glass sheet such that at least one spacer is positioned between the glass sheet and the frame.
POLYAMIDE-BASED FILM, METHOD OF PREPARING POLYAMIDE-BASED FILM, COVER WINDOW AND DISPLAY DEVICE COMPRISING THE SAME
The embodiments provide a polyamide-based film, which comprises a polyamide-based polymer and has a light resistance index of 0.660 GPa-1 or less as represented by the following Equation 1, whereby it has excellent mechanical properties, optical properties, and light resistance. [Equation 1] Light resistance index=ΔYI/Y. In Equation 1, Y is the modulus of the film, and ΔYI is the rate of change in yellow index (YI) of the film before and after a light resistance test in which UV rays are irradiated to the film at 60° C., the UV irradiation is stopped, and water is sprayed at 50° C.
