R.sup.1 is an organic radical selected from the group including methyl, ethyl, propyl, or vinyl, and has at least one functional group Q.sub.1, selected from the group including acrylic, acryloxy, methacrylic, methacyloxy, or epoxy. R.sup.3 is a non-hydrolyzable organic radical selected from the group including C1-C10 alky, C6-10 aryl, wherein C is 1, 2, or 3, and the inorganic particles have a size between 2 nm and 400 nm.
Penetration part fireproof coating material
A penetration part fireproof covering material used when a penetration part covered for fireproof is formed in a fireproof beam that is a fireproof constructional member that constitutes a wooden building, wherein the penetration part fireproof covering material is formed to have a tubular shape by stacking a plurality of gypsum board pieces (13a) formed from gypsum boards in a thickness direction and unitarily connecting the plurality of gypsum board pieces. The penetration part fireproof covering material is formed to have the tubular shape by stacking the plurality of gypsum board pieces that preferably have an annular shape and are cut out from commercially available gypsum boards having thicknesses of 9.5 mm to 25.5 mm while fixing the plurality of gypsum board pieces to each other preferably using metal fasteners such as staples, and unitarily connecting the plurality of gypsum board pieces.
Dehumidifying element, dehumidifying device including dehumidifying element, and method of manufacturing dehumidifying element
A dehumidifying element includes a plurality of sheets that have moisture adsorption and desorption properties and that are stacked on top of each another. At least some of the sheets each have an irregular shape. The sheets each contain a hygroscopic agent having properties of a re-moistening-type glue that exhibits adherence when adsorbing moisture and that solidifies when being dried. The sheets are bonded to each other by the hygroscopic agent.
Panel suitable for assembling a waterproof floor or wall covering, method of producing a panel
Panel suitable for assembling a waterproof floor or wall covering from a plurality of said panels, wherein the panel has a substantially planar top surface, and a substantially planar bottom surface, the panel having a laminated structure of layers which comprises: a flexible core layer which basically is composed of a material which is relatively low in density and is provided with voids in the form of air pockets, and a rigid top layer which comprises a support layer that is basically composed of a material that is relatively high in density and which is virtually devoid of air pockets, wherein the thickness of the core layer is smaller than the thickness of the support layer, preferably in a ratio of 0.5 or less, more preferably in a ratio between 0.5 and 0.10.
Two-component adhesive compositions based on phosphate ester modified isocyanates, and methods for making same
The disclosed adhesive compositions comprise (A) an isocyanate component comprising an isocyanate-terminated prepolymer that is the reaction product of a polyisocyanate and an isocyanate-reactive mixture comprising a phosphate ester polyol. The disclosed adhesive compositions further comprise (B) an isocyanate-reactive component polyol component comprising a polyol. In some embodiments, methods for preparing two-component adhesives formulations are disclosed comprising preparing an isocyanate component comprising an isocyanate-terminated prepolymer by reacting a polyisocyanate with an isocyanate-reactive mixture comprising a phosphate ester polyol and preparing an isocyanate-reactive component comprising a polyol. The methods further comprise mixing the isocyanate component and the isocyanate-reactive component at a stoichiometric ratio (NCO/OH) of from about 1.0 to about 5.0. Methods for forming laminate structures, and the laminate structures themselves, are also disclosed.
Biodegradable cellulose fiber-based substrate, its manufacturing process, and use in an adhesive tape
A biodegradable cellulose fiber-based substrate, at least one side of which is coated with a release coating including: a) at least one water-soluble polymer (WSP) containing hydroxyl groups, and b) at least one lactone substituted with at least one linear or branched and/or cyclic C.sub.8-C.sub.30 hydrocarbon chain which may contain heteroatoms. The biodegradable substrate is certified biodegradable in accordance with EN 13432. A method of production thereof is also disclosed.
