Laminated plate and method for manufacturing laminated plate
11590728 · 2023-02-28 · ·

The present invention provides a laminated plate capable of not only achieving a reduced weight and an increased rigidity but also improving a sound absorbing performance, and a method for manufacturing the same. A laminated plate (1) is supposed to include a core layer (2) including a plate-shaped paper honeycomb structure (4) and a pair of fiber reinforcement layers (3) sandwiching the paper honeycomb structure (4) from both sides in a thickness direction and integrated with the paper honeycomb structure 4. The through-holes (5) of the paper honeycomb structure (4) are filled with a foam resin (6), and the core layer (2) is made up of the paper honeycomb structure 4 and the foam resin (6) filled in the through-holes (5). When the foam resin (6) is filled in the through-holes (5) of the paper honeycomb structure (4), the foam resin plate (6A) is pushed into the through-holes (5) as a filling material by utilizing a compression force of a mold (11).

A composite comprising (i) a pressure-sensitive adhesive component including first and second planar surfaces; (ii) a fire-resistant fabric adhered to the first planar surface; and (iii) a cap layer disposed on said fire-resistant fabric opposite said asphaltic component.

REPOSITIONABLE ADHESIVE ARTICLES FOR STRETCH RELEASE REMOVAL

The present disclosure relates to adhesive article that include a first, stretch releasable adhesive and patterned adhesive elements on, within, or partially embedded in a surface of the adhesive. The adhesive elements can act as spacers between the adhesive surface and the mounting surface to prevent full contact and wet out of the first adhesive, whereby the article can be removed from the wall and placed at a new location without damage to the wall surface or the article. Once the final location is selected, the separation created by the engineered elements can be overcome by applying sufficient pressure; the first adhesive can contact and adhere more permanently to the wall. Thus, a stretch releasable adhesive articles of the present disclosure can move freely relative to the desired mounting surface, while developing additional tack and holding power after sufficient pressure is applied.

Multi-layered product having an embossed interior layer and a method for making the product

A multi-layered product having an embossed interior layer is disclosed along with a method of making the product. The multi-layered product has a first layer with an interior surface, a second layer with an interior surface, and a third layer sandwiched between the first and second layers. The third layer has a first surface and a second surface, and has a thickness there between. The third layer is embossed into a waffle pattern having a plurality of protrusions and a plurality of recesses. Each of the plurality of protrusions and recesses is adjacently aligned and horizontally offset from one another. The plurality of protrusions form a horizontal plane, at the first surface, which is positioned above a horizontal plane formed by the plurality of recesses, at the first surface. The product also has an adhesive which secures the three layers together.

Method for producing a multilayer film

A method for producing a multilayer film including at least two layers joined by a two-component adhesive includes the following steps: spreading a first component A of a two-component adhesive on a first face of a first layer of film; spreading a second component B of the two-component adhesive on a first face of a second layer of film; bringing the first and second faces of the first and second layers into mutual contact joining the components and to form an adhesive and join the two layers in a multilayer film; and winding the multilayer film obtained.
