Method and apparatus for producing an aircraft structural component

A method for producing an aircraft structural component includes the steps of introducing a plurality of semi-finished product layers for producing a component from a fibre-reinforced, thermoplastic plastic material into a compression mould, applying pressure to the stacked semi-finished product layers, the stacked semi-finished product layers being fixed, before pressure is applied, at particular points in their position in the compression mould and/or relative to one another in such a way that, while pressure is being applied to the semi-finished product layers stacked in the compression mould, a sliding movement of the semi-finished product layers relative to one another and/or relative to the compression mould, preventing wrinkling in the semi-finished product layers, takes place, and removing the aircraft structural component from the compression mould.

The laminating apparatus includes a pressing device including a first press block that is advanceable and retreatable, a second press block arranged to face the first press block, a first pressing rubber mounted inside the first press block, and a second pressing rubber mounted inside the second press block, the first pressing rubber and the second pressing rubber facing each other, the first pressing rubber having formed on a surface thereof facing the second pressing rubber a convex frame configured to surround a peripheral edge portion thereof.

Film-laminated metal plate having excellent retort adhesiveness, and method for manufacturing same

A film-laminated metal plate having excellent retort adhesiveness includes: a metal plate; a resin film thermally fusion-bonded to a surface of the metal plate; and a bubble contained between the metal plate and the resin film. An average bubble height of three bubbles with higher heights among the bubbles measured by using a 3D analysis image of a laser microscope is 0 μm or more and 5.0 μm or less. The test piece is obtained by cutting a portion of one end side of the metal plate in a longitudinal direction while leaving the resin film on a side which becomes an inner surface side of the container when the film-laminated metal plate is processed into a container. When a retort treatment is carried out on the test piece at a temperature of 125° C. for 30 minutes in a state in which a 100 g weight is hung from the one end side of the test piece and the test piece is folded back toward the other end side of the test piece in the longitudinal direction by 180°, a length of the resin film peeled off from the metal plate of the test piece is 15 mm or less.
