Housing Assembly, Method for Manufacturing Housing Assembly, and Electronic Device
A housing assembly, a method for manufacturing the housing assembly, and an electronic device are provided according to the present disclosure. The housing assembly includes a housing body and a flexible film layer. The housing body has a bottom portion and at least one side wall connected with an outer edge of the bottom portion, and each of the at least one side wall and the bottom portion cooperatively define a bending angle larger than 70 degrees. The flexible film layer is disposed on a first surface of the housing body, and the flexible film layer has an elongation at break higher than or equal to 150%.
METHOD FOR PREPARING MULTI-LAYER OPTICAL LAMINATES
Methods for preparing multi-layer optical laminates include placing an optical film that is free form an adhesive layer between first and second glass substrates that are free of an adhesive layer, placing this laminate under vacuum, and then heating the laminate under pressure to a temperature above the softening temperature of the optical film. The glass substrates are free of an adhesive layer but may include a silane surface treatment. The resulting multi-layer laminate is optically clear and does not show scattering of reflected light by the optical film.
Patch lamination device and method
A patch lamination device includes a laminate feed roller, a laminating roller, and a laminate spreader. The laminate feed roller is configured to feed a patch laminate ribbon along a laminate path. The laminating roller is configured to laminate individual patch laminates of the ribbon to a surface of a card substrate. The laminate spreader is positioned between the laminate feed roller and the laminating roller. The laminate spreader is configured to reduce the formation of trough wrinkles in a patch laminate that is tensioned between the laminate feed roller and the laminating roller during lamination of the patch laminate to a card substrate using the laminating roller.
3D processing device and method thereof
A 3D processing device configured to attach a decorative film on a surface of a 3D glass, the 3D processing device includes a decorative film pre-deformation unit and a attachment unit. The decorative film pre-deformation unit includes an upper mould and a lower mould opposite to the upper mould, wherein the upper mould engages the lower mould to press the decorative film and cause the decorative film to have a shape matching a surface of the 3D glass. The attachment unit defines a sealing chamber, and includes a mould and a gas bag within the sealing chamber, wherein the mould is configured to support the 3D glass. The present disclosure further provides a method thereof.
Method of manufacturing plate-shaped bonded body, bonding device, and plate-shaped bonded body
A method for quickly applying and spreading adhesive between substrates without leaving air bubbles. The method includes holding two substrates apart from each other with adhesive sides facing, a second substrate being positioned above a first substrate. The second substrate is suspended in a manner so as to cause a portion to warp towards the first substrate. After a liquid filler is applied between the two substrates, rollers are lowered onto the second substrate and moved so as to disperse the liquid filler between the first and second substrates. In accordance with the rolling of the rollers, end portions of the second substrate are lowered towards the first substrate.
DECORATIVE SHEET, DECORATIVE MATERIAL, AND METHOD OF PRODUCING DECORATIVE SHEET
A decorative sheet that includes at least a thermoplastic resin substrate layer, a transparent thermoplastic resin layer and a surface protective layer in this order. The surface protective layer is formed by laminating at least two layers. At least a second surface protective layer, which constitutes an outermost layer that is a layer located furthest from the transparent thermoplastic resin layer among layers constituting the surface protective layer contains an ionizing radiation-curable resin containing a multifunctional hexamethylene diisocyanate oligomer at a weight ratio of 60% or more. The arithmetic mean height of a profile curve measured from the second surface protective layer in accordance with JIS B 0601 is 15 m or more, and the maximum height of the profile curve is 38 m or more.
