The present invention further relates to a method for preparing a transdermal device including porous microparticles filled with an active principle.
CORRUGATED CARDBOARD PLANT
The invention relates to a corrugated cardboard plant. The corrugated cardboard plant comprises at least one device for producing a respective corrugated cardboard web laminated on one side, from a respective cover web and a respective material web; and a lamination web dispensing device for dispensing a lamination web; and a device for producing a corrugated cardboard web laminated on two sides from the at least one corrugated cardboard web laminated on one side and from the lamination web, said device for producing a corrugated cardboard web laminated on two sides being disposed downstream of the lamination web dispensing device and of the at least one device for producing a respective corrugated cardboard web laminated on one side. The corrugated cardboard plant furthermore has a printing assembly for printing the corrugated cardboard web laminated on two sides, said printing device for producing a corrugated cardboard web laminated on two sides being disposed downstream of the device for producing a corrugated cardboard web laminated on two sides.
Resin sandwich panel, and method for manufacturing resin sandwich panel
In a resin sandwich panel, the two resin skin material sheets have peripheral edge portions thereof joined to each other so as to form an internal hollow portion. The resin core material is disposed in the hollow portion. At least one of surfaces of the resin core material opposing the two resin skin material sheets has a groove portion extending across the entire surface, and a depression communicating with the groove portion. At least one of the two resin skin material sheets additionally has an atmosphere-opened through-hole provided in a thickness direction thereof. When the one of the surfaces of the resin core material and the corresponding resin skin material sheet are surface-to-surface adhered to each other in the hollow portion, air between the surfaces and the skin material sheet is guided to the depression via the groove portion, and exhausted out of the atmosphere-opened through-hole.
Graphite thermal conductor, electronic device and method for manufacturing graphite thermal conductor
A graphite thermal conductor includes graphite bands laminated in the thickness direction. The thermal conductivity coefficient of each graphite band in the extending path is greater than the thermal conductivity coefficient thereof in the thickness direction. The extending path of each graphite band has at least one first bend in a plane which is perpendicular to the thickness direction. An electronic device applying the above graphite thermal conductor and a method for manufacturing graphite thermal conductor are also provided.
High temperature flexible blanket for industrial insulation applications
According to one embodiment, an insulation blanket for insulating a structure includes a first facer layer and a second facer layer. A plurality of intermeshed non-woven glass fibers are disposed between the first and second facer layers and a fumed silica insulating powder is also disposed between the first and second facer layers. The fumed silica insulating powder has an average particle size of between about 2 and 20 nanometers. The insulation blanket includes at least one exposed edge having a cauterized face that forms a barrier on the exposed edge to encase the fumed silica insulating powder within the interior of the insulation blanket, which minimizes degradation of the insulating value due to loss or shedding of the fumed silica insulating powder through the exposed edge. The cauterized edge has a depth of cauterized material of between about 0.05 mm and 3 mm.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A FLEXIBLE DISPLAY SUBSTRATE AND PROCESS FILM FOR MANUFACTURING A FLEXIBLE DISPLAY SUBSTRATE
A method of manufacturing a flexible display substrate using a process film and a process film for manufacturing a flexible display substrate are provided. The method of manufacturing the flexible display substrate using the process film is as follows. A base layer for the flexible display substrate is prepared on a glass substrate. A packaging process is performed on the base layer to form a plurality of cells which are spaced apart from one another at a predetermined distance. The base layer is covered with the process film, after forming the plurality of cells. The base layer is separated from the glass substrate, while the base layer is laminated to the process film. The base layer is cut along each cell to form a plurality of flexible display substrates. Accordingly, the method of manufacturing the flexible display substrate using the process film is provided to improve the convenience of a manufacturing process and the reliability of the manufactured flexible display substrate by manufacturing the plurality of display substrates using the process film.
Asphalt shingle, roof covering therewith and method of making the same with synchronized adhesive positioning thereon
A method of making the asphalt shingles includes applying a substrate to a layer of shingle-forming material, the substrate having indicators at predetermined spaced-apart distances, with the indicators being sensed as the shingle-forming layer is moved along a predetermined path, with adhesive zones being applied to the shingle such that the application of the adhesive zones is synchronized in response to sensing the locations of the indicators, and with the shingle-forming layer then being cut into individual shingles.
Support Plate for Installing Tile
A support for installing facing materials such as ceramic tiles on a substrate, such as, floors, walls and ceilings. The support plate has a plurality of spaced apart raised portions and recesses in the plate material, and a plurality of openings extending through the top surface and bottom surface of the plate material. The openings exposing a mat layer attached to the bottom of the support plate. Support plates of the invention are used for tile installations between a substrate and tile. Thin-set mortar that is used to secure the tile to the support plate flows into the recesses and into the openings forming a continuous bond between the mortar, openings and mat layer to provide a strong bond between the support plate, mortar and the tiles.
INSULATED BAG
An insulated bag may include an integral structure. The integral structure may include a first portion comprising first and second extension portions. The integral structure may include a second portion and a third portion attached at corresponding edges and each extending approximately perpendicular from the first portion. The first, second, and third portions each may include a first layer and a paper sheet formed into a wave pattern attached to the first and second layers.
Method of forming a top plane connection in an electro-optic device
An electrical connection between the backplane and the light-transmissive front electrode of an electrowetting device is provided by forming an aperture through the top front electrode coupled and a substrate coupled thereto and subsequently introducing a flowable, electrically-conductive material into the aperture. The flowable, electrically-conductive material provides an electrical contact between the light-transmissive electrically-conductive layer and the backplane.
