Mineral wool product
The invention relates to a method of bonding together surfaces of two or more elements, whereby at least one of the two or more elements is a mineral wool element, said mineral wool element(s) being bound by a mineral wool binder, the method comprising the steps of providing two or more elements; applying an adhesive to one or more of the surfaces to be bonded together before, during or after contacting the surfaces to be bonded together with each other; curing the adhesive, wherein the adhesive comprises at least one protein; at least one phenol and/or quinone containing compound, and/or at least one enzyme.
SPACER FABRIC STRUCTURED GARMENT
The present invention discloses a spacer fabric structured garment, which comprises a garment body, a plurality of filling cavities arranged in the garment body, and spacer fabrics arranged in the filling cavities, wherein the spacer fabrics comprise a plurality of dragging units, and the dragging units comprise an upper surface layer, a lower surface layer and a dragging part connected to one side of the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer which are close to each other. The present invention has the advantage that the spacer fabrics can be used to prevent the filling materials in the filling cavities from piling up.
Collapsible Artistic Sculpture and Method of Making the Same
Disclosed is a method of making an extensible sculpture including providing a plurality of flexible material sheets; cutting each of the plurality of flexible material sheets to form a plurality of at least three sculptural pieces; arranging the sculptural pieces in a predetermined order; defining a first set of connection columns on the top face of the first sculptural piece; using a first connector to fixedly connect the bottom face of the second sculptural piece to the top face of the first sculptural piece at the first set of connection columns; defining a second set of connection columns on the top face of the second sculptural piece; and using a second connector to fixedly connect the bottom face of the third sculptural piece to the top face of the second sculptural piece at the second set of connection columns.
Protective Case for Electronic Device and Method for Manufacturing the Same
A protective case for electronic device includes an inner shell, an outer shell, and a magnetic interlayer that fits and in contact with the inner shell and the outer shell, wherein: the magnetic interlayer includes an interlayer base material and a magnetic part, the magnetic interlayer is provided with a through installation hole, and the magnetic part is fixedly embedded in the installation hole, the thickness of the magnetic part matches with the depth of the installation hole, the interlayer base material includes a hot-melt base material and reinforcing fiber yarn contained in the hot-melt base material, and the hot-melt base material is filled between the magnetic part and the inner side wall of the installation hole.
Display panel and manufacturing method thereof, and display device
A display panel and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. The display panel comprises: a display module having an opening extending therethrough in a direction perpendicular to a light-exiting surface; and a light-shielding structure comprises a light-blocking layer positioned at an inner wall of the opening of the display module. The light-blocking layer can effectively prevent light from leaking from a film layer of the display module where the opening extends therethrough.
FOAM SHEETING FOR HONEYCOMB CORE WALLS, TO REPLACE PAPER AND METAL HONEYCOMB AND MACHINED FOAM CORE IN SANDWICH STRUCTURE
A foam sheet core, including a plurality of foam sheet walls defining an array of hollow cells, wherein the plurality of foam sheet walls are bonded together to form the array of hollow cells, each of the plurality of foam sheet walls has a thickness from about 0.002 inches to about 0.08 inches, and each of the plurality of foam sheet walls has an average height from about 0.05 inches to about 5 inches.
LAMINATED CORE AND METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A LAMINATED CORE
A method for the production of a laminated core is provided. A plurality of laminations are provided that are made of a soft-magnetic CoFe alloy and that have a first main surface and a second main surface that is located opposite the first main surface. An adhesive is applied to the first main surface of a first of the laminations by means of a printing process. The adhesive is then transferred to a partially cured B-stage. A second main surface of a second of the laminations is stacked on the B-stage adhesive, which is located on the first main surface of the first lamination, thereby forming a stack of loose laminations. The stack or the adhesive in the stack is cured, the adhesive thus being transferred to the fully cured C-stage in order to bond the first and second laminations to one another and so produce the laminated core.
Multipurpose blast, ballistic resistance, thermal and noise insulation non-metallic wall panels
A method includes providing a plurality of prefabricated parts for assembly, where the plurality of prefabricated parts comprises one or more rubber mats and a central core. The method also includes preparing one or more external surfaces of the central core, applying a sealer to the one or more external surfaces of the central core, applying a bonding agent primer and a top coat to the one or more external surfaces of the central core, and pressing the one or more rubber mats to the one or more external surfaces of the central core. The method further includes applying a constant pressure to the one or more rubber mats and the central core, where a combination of the one or more rubber mats and the central core forms a blast and ballistic resistance wall.
Web, sandwich plate, sandwich block and methods for producing same
The invention relates to a web (1) with a web base (3) and a tube segment (4) made of a wood-based material or bamboo, wherein the tube segment (4) comprises a wall (5) which is delimited in the circumferential direction of two cut ends (8, 9), and wherein the tube segment (4) is mechanically connected to the web base (3) by means of at least one of the cut ends (8, 9). The invention further relates to a sandwich plate (2) with a plate layer (11) and a core layer (13), wherein the core layer (13) comprises at least one web (1) according to the invention which is mechanically connected to the adjacent connecting face (14) of the plate layer (11) by means of a cut face (6, 7) of a tube segment (4), wherein the cut faces (6, 7) delimit the wall (5) of the tube segment (4) in longitudinal extension direction.
