Support Plate for Installing Tile
A support for installing facing materials such as ceramic tiles on a substrate, such as, floors, walls and ceilings. The support plate has a plurality of spaced apart raised portions and recesses in the plate material, and a plurality of openings extending through the top surface and bottom surface of the plate material. The openings exposing a mat layer attached to the bottom of the support plate. Support plates of the invention are used for tile installations between a substrate and tile. Thin-set mortar that is used to secure the tile to the support plate flows into the recesses and into the openings forming a continuous bond between the mortar, openings and mat layer to provide a strong bond between the support plate, mortar and the tiles.
METAL PLATE DESIGN FOR ELECTRONIC DISPLAY PANELS
A method of assembling a display panel includes laminating a back plate to a display layer to form an untrimmed display panel, the back plate including a metal layer that includes a trimming path defined by one or more line segments having reduced metal content compared to other portions of the metal layer. The method further includes trimming the untrimmed display panel along the one or more line segments to define one or more edges of the display panel. For one or more locations along each of the one or more edges defined by the line segments, the metal layer is flush with the corresponding edge of the display panel.
Manufacturing method of electrode outer casing
The present disclosure provides a manufacturing method of an electrode outer casing capable of improving a yield in a manufacturing method of an electrode outer casing which uses a laminated film and implementing an increase in productivity. The manufacturing method of an electrode outer casing disclosed herein includes a preparation step of preparing a multilayer laminated film which has at least a plurality of resin film layers, a transport step of transporting the laminated film to an unevenness forming section in order to form an uneven shape, a forming step of forming the laminated film in the unevenness forming section, and a cutting step of cutting the laminated film having been subjected to the forming step.
Method and system of producing a plurality of analytical test strips
A method of producing a plurality of analytical test strips using a reel-to-reel process, comprising providing at least one continuous first layer web, having disposed on a first side at least one first electrode layer, the first layer web having a first layer edge; continuously disposing at least one continuous spacer layer web onto the first side of the first layer web, wherein the spacer layer web has a spacer layer edge, wherein the disposing is position-controlled in a master-slave fashion by using a position of the first layer edge as a master position and a position of the spacer layer edge as a slave position; and continuously disposing at least one continuous second layer web onto the spacer layer web, the second layer web having disposed on a first side at least one second electrode layer, wherein the second layer web has a second layer edge.
Polyester carpet tile or carpet strip and method for manufacturing a polyester carpet tile or carpet strip
The present invention relates to a carpet tile or carpet strip which is suitable for the contract market, more particularly office or commercial buildings, comprising a machine or mechanically woven carpet, comprising warp and weft yarns, a needle felt, an intermediate layer between the needle felt and the machine or mechanically woven fabric, wherein a part of the warp yarns on the back side of the machine or mechanically woven fabric have at least partially fused together. The invention also relates to a method for the manufacture of a carpet tile or carpet strip which is suitable for the contract market, in particular office and commercial buildings.
Cooktop mat with control window
A pad with a fiber reinforced silicone rubber material wherein the fiber reinforcement is of a weight of at least 100 grams per square meter, the pad having a thickness over a majority of the pad's surface area which between 0.5 and 4 millimeters thick wherein the pad is flexible and impervious to fluid and has sufficient surface tack to inhibit objects from sliding off the pad. The pad does not include metallic materials. The pad is manufactured by: providing a fiber reinforcement sheet and applying silicone to said fiber reinforcement sheet; curing the fiber reinforcement sheet with applied silicone to create a fiber reinforced silicone sheet which is impervious to fluid; cutting said fiber reinforced silicone sheet in a rectilinear pattern sized based on known cooktop dimensions; printing said fiber reinforced silicone sheet with an ink of a first color.
LAMINATING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING FILM IN LAMINATING DEVICE
A low-cost laminating device 1 having a structure in which two wound bodies 5a, 5b are installed above and below crimping rollers 8a, 8b, the wound body 5a is installed on the upper part of the crimping roller 8a, the wound body 5b is installed on the lower side of the conveying portion of the paper to be laminated, immediately in front of the crimping rollers 8a, 8b, and the device upper part 6 can be opened from the conveying path of the paper to be laminated to the upper part of the crimping rollers 8a, 8b so that the wound bodies 5a, 5b can be installed above and below, to avoid complicating the structure of the device, such as separating the internal unit of the device or pulling apart the paired rollers when installing or replacing a laminating film, in the laminating device.
Alternate film pasting devices for hard-case secondary batteries
The present application relates to the technical field of battery manufacturing, and relates to an alternate film pasting device for hard-case secondary batteries. The film pasting device comprises a frame, a material feeding apparatus, and two film feeding apparatuses; the frame is provided with a material feeding channel used for conveying bare materials, and a film pasting channel used for pasting an insulating film onto the bare materials is provided at an output end of the material feeding channel; the material feeding apparatus is disposed on the frame, the material feeding apparatus comprises two material pushing mechanisms, and the two material pushing mechanisms are used for alternately pushing the bare materials from the material feeding channel to the film pasting channel; the two material pushing mechanisms are capable of both reciprocating along a vertical direction, and one of the two material pushing mechanisms is capable of moving downward after pushing a part of the bare materials to the film pasting channel so as to avoid the other material pushing mechanism to push the other bare materials to the film pasting channel; and the two film feeding apparatuses are both disposed on the frame, and are used for alternately conveying, in turn, the insulating films to the bare materials reaching the film pasting channel.
Decorative floor covering production method
A method for producing a decorative floor covering comprises digitally printing an adhesive on a printing substrate thus generating an adhesive layer forming an at least one-dimensionally patterned decorative motif. The adhesive is a radiation-curable composition, preferably essentially free from non-reactive solvents and/or from photoinitiator. The printing substrate includes one of a core structure and a wear layer. After the printing of the adhesive, the adhesive layer on the printing substrate is contacted with the other one of the core structure and the wear layer. The core structure and the wear layer are then attached to each other by electron-beam curing the adhesive layer between them.
