A method of manufacturing a rotor for a magnet type rotating electrical machine includes the steps of: cutting and laminating pieces of the core of the rotor, to thereby form a core (3); mounting the core (3) on a rotating jig (10); forming a magnet piece (2p) into a predetermined shape by sintering; mounting a predetermined number of the magnet pieces (2p) on a regulating jig (20); pressing the magnet pieces (2p) by the regulating jig (20) while rotating the core (3) by the rotating jig (10), to thereby mount the magnet pieces (2p) on the core (3); and adjusting an axial position of the magnet piece (2p) so that an axial end surface of the core (3) and an axial end surface of the magnet piece (2p) are aligned with each other.

An impact attenuation system comprises an aluminum honeycomb sheet having a top surface and a bottom surface. The aluminum honeycomb sheet defines a plurality of approximately hexagonally shaped cells. The bottom surface defines a single sheet of contiguous cells and the top surface defines two or more islands of contiguous cells separated by one or more slits. At least a portion of one or both of the top surface and bottom surface may be covered by a polymer skin. The polymer skin may comprise carbon fibers and/or fiberglass.
HIGH-SPEED IN-LINE COLD LAMINATING UNIT
A high-speed, cold laminating system includes a lamination unit for inline use connected with a paper feeder supplying at least 30 ppm. The lamination unit further includes a set of unheated motor-driven laminating pressure rollers along a laminating path, and a cutter between the rollers and an exit. A diverter gate passes the paper sheets to the laminating path or to the exit without passing along the laminating path. The system includes a controller to control the motor, the diverter gate, and functions of the lamination unit. The controller is programmed to control the motor to pause the pressure rollers with a leading sheet therein while a subsequent sheet moves toward the pressure rollers so a laminated spacing distance between a trailing edge of the leading sheet and a leading edge of the subsequent sheet to equal a prescribed spacing distance.

The present invention provides a multilayered biodegradable film, a method for manufacturing same, and an eco-friendly packaging material comprising same. Specifically, the multilayered biodegradable film comprises two or more kinds of different thermoplastic resin layers, which are alternately laminated and include: a first resin layer containing as a main ingredient a polylactic acid-based polymer; and a second resin layer containing as a main ingredient an aliphatic polyester-based resin or an aliphatic-aromatic copolymer polyester-based resin, the uniformity (LUI) of the first resin layer being adjusted to 0.2 m or less. Therefore, the multilayered biodegradable film retains excellent biodegradability and can improve the uniformity, flexibility, transparency, external appearance characteristics, and degrees of noise of final films, and thus can be utilized as a packaging material in various fields to enable the provision of a high-quality, eco-friendly packaging material.
