Method and device for welding profiled elements in plastic material, in particular PVC
A method for welding profiled elements in plastic material, includes the steps of: preparing two profiled elements, arranged with respective zones to be facing one another; making a groove in correspondence to at least one zone, by a removal operation on a peripheral edge of at least one profiled element; heating the zones to be welded; coupling the zones to be welded to one another, pressing the profiled elements one against the other so as to keep the zones to be welded in reciprocal contact. The coupling step includes: melting the zones to be welded into one another in order to define a welding bead; making a containing compartment defined by the groove, the welding bead being made internally of the containing compartment; and arranging a containing presser in correspondence to the containing compartment for preventing exit of the welding bead from the compartment itself.

A method for welding profiled elements in plastic material includes: preparing two profiled elements, arranged with respective weld zones facing one another; making a groove corresponding to at least one weld zone of the profiled elements, the grooving performed by a removal operation on a peripheral edge of at least one profiled element; heating the weld zones; coupling the zones to be welded to one another, pressing the profiled elements together to keep the zones to be welded in reciprocal contact. The coupling step includes: a sub-step of melting the zones to be welded into one another in order to define a welding bead; a sub-step of making a containing compartment defined by the groove, the welding bead being made internally of the containing compartment; and the step of arranging a containing presser in correspondence to the containing compartment for preventing exit of the welding bead from the compartment itself.
DISPOSABLE UNDERGARMENT AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DISPOSABLE UNDERGARMENT
A crotch member of a disposable under garment is joined to central portions of a symmetrical ventral member and a symmetrical dorsal member. A crotch side edge of the ventral member includes a recessed line symmetrically recessed toward a waist side edge between a center line and left and right end portions of the ventral member. The recessed line includes bottom portions each closest to the waist side edge located at a position closer to the left and right end portions than the center line. A crotch side edge of the dorsal member include a protruding line symmetrically protruding away from a waist side edge between a centerline and left and right end portions of the dorsal member. The protruding line includes top portions farthest away from the waist side edge located at a position closer to the centerline than the left and right end portions.
MOBILE TERMINAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR HEAT SPREADER MODULE
There is disclosed a mobile terminal including a display panel, a frame comprising a front surface where the display panel is disposed, a rear case coupled to one surface of the frame, to form an electric/electronic control unit there between the frame and the rear case, a heat spreader module provided between the display panel and the frame, wherein the heat spreader module includes a metallic plate in contact with the display panel, a heat spreading material layer disposed on a rear surface of the metallic plate and an adhesive layer disposed between the heat spreading material layer and the metallic plate to bond the metallic plate and the heat spreading material layer with each other. Even when the frame is partially eliminated, the mobile terminal may support the display panel and securing the heat spreading performance simultaneously, using the heat spreader module having a preset rigidity.
Scuff-Removing Pad
A scuff-removing pad is provided that includes a piece of vinyl or linoleum sandwiched between two similarly shaped pieces of adhesive backed felt. The materials are pressed together using 15 tons of pressure for maximum adhesive and then die cut to form the shape of the scuff-removing pad. Each pad has a small through hole to allow for the insertion and tying of a tether which is tied at an opposite end to a clip or other device for removable attachment to a custodian's belt. The scuff-removing pad is useful for the custodian to erase scuff marks from vinyl flooring or other solid flooring.
Method of producing a multi-layered printed absorbent article
A method for producing a multi-layered absorbent articles is disclosed. At least two of the layers include a colored region.
Honey impregnated composition dressing having super absorbency and intelligent management of wound exudate and method of making same
A super absorbent, honey-dosed foam/fiber composite, gap patterned wound dressing, comprising: a patterned foam/fiber composite structure having a gap patterned side and a non-gap patterned side, wherein the patterned side includes a pattern of foam/fiber gaps disposed between foam/fiber areas dosed with honey, where the pattern of foam/fiber gaps is formed by the honey-dosed areas, such that the patterned foam/fiber composite structure includes a layer of super absorbent material located substantially adjacent to the honey-dosed areas; and wherein a wound in contact with the gap patterned side discharges an exudate which substantially collects in the individual ones of the foam/fiber gaps causing honey in the individual ones of the honey-dosed areas to be substantially dispersed throughout a wound treatment zone and a portion of the exudate that is collected in the individual ones of the foam/fiber gaps is transferred to and collected in the super absorbent material.
CARBON VEIL HEATER AND METHOD OF MAKING
A heater comprising: (a) a resistive substrate that produces heat upon an application of power; (b) a substrate adhesive including a portion that extends into the resistive substrate and a portion that extends from one or more sides of the resistive substrate so that one side of the resistive substrate is free of the substrate adhesive and one or more sides is covered by a layer of the substrate adhesive; (c) one or more power application portions connected to the resistive substrate on the side of the resistive substrate that is free of the substrate adhesive; (d) one or more attachment devices that connect the one or more power application portions to the resistive substrate; (e) a closing layer including: (i) a closing backing and (ii) a backing adhesive that includes a portion that extends into the closing backing and a portion that extends from one or more sides of the closing backing so that one side of the closing backing is free of the backing adhesive and one or more sides is covered by a layer of the backing adhesive; and wherein the closing layer extends over the one or more power application portions so that the backing adhesive covers the one or more power application portions, and wherein the substrate adhesive and the backing adhesive extend together to form a single layer of adhesive.
Method and apparatus for processing display laminate
An apparatus for processing display laminate, wherein the display laminate includes a front electrode layer, a display material layer and a protective film layer. The display laminate is continuous. A section of protective film layer is continuously removed from the edge of the display laminate by a cutting unit while the display laminate is running through the cutting unit. After removing the section of the protective film layer, a section of the display material layer located at the same edge as the removed section of the protecting film layer is continuously removed by spraying medium in a spraying unit while the display laminate is running through the spraying unit.
Support plate for installing tile
A support for installing facing materials such as ceramic tiles on a substrate such as floors, walls and ceilings wherein the support plate has a plurality of spaced apart recesses in the plate material, with the recesses being open at the top surface and have solid sidewalls and a base, and a plurality of slots in the non-recessed portions of the plate material extending through the top surface and bottom surface, the slots joining one or more adjacent recesses. The support plate of the invention is used for tile installations between the substrate and such tile. Thin-set mortar that is used to secure the tile to the support plate flows into the recesses and into the slots forming a continuous bond between the mortar and the adjacent slots providing for a strong bond between the support plate, mortar and the tiles.
