A display device and a method of manufacturing the display device are provided. The method includes disposing a display panel, including side areas, a front display area, and a sub-region, on a carrier film including first, second, and third release portions; removing the first release portion to expose the side areas; disposing a cover window above the display panel; attaching the front display area to the cover window by pressing the second release portion toward the cover window, and attaching the side areas to the cover window by pressing the side areas exposed by removing the first release portion toward the cover window; removing the second release portion and the third release portion to expose the front display area and the sub-region; and bending the display panel to attach a bottom portion of the sub-region to a bottom portion of the front display area.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A SHEET-LIKE COMPOSITE PART WITH IMPROVED COMPRESSION STRENGTH
Sheet-like composite parts are manufactured by: a) providing a substantially planar arrangement (A, B, A′) comprising a core layer (B) of a fleece material made of fleece thermoplastic fibers and reinforcement fibers, sandwiched between a pair of skin layers (A, A′), of a skin thermoplastic and optionally reinforcing fibers, the faces of the core layers adjacent and substantially parallel the skin layers, b) heating and pressing the sandwich arrangement (A,B,A′) followed by cooling, thereby obtaining the composite part, wherein the compression strength of the composite part is improved by selecting a core layer (B) which is a core layer having reinforcement fibers predominantly oriented in a direction (Z) perpendicular to the first and second faces.
CONTINUOUS HONEYCOMB CORE MATERIAL, HONEYCOMB CORE SANDWICH COMPOSITE PANEL AND METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PREPARING SAME
A continuous honeycomb core material, a honeycomb core sandwich composite panel and a method and a device for preparing the same. The continuous honeycomb core material includes a honeycomb-core material, which includes a plurality of cells arranged in rows, and transversely adjacent cells are connected via transversely arranged connecting walls. The sidewalls of longitudinally adjacent cells are bonded via the adhesive layer. A connecting structure is arranged between two adjacent honeycomb core materials. The connecting structure includes a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion corresponding thereto. The first and second connecting portions are respectively arranged on different transverse sides of the honeycomb core material. A first connecting portion of one continuous honeycomb core material section is engaged with a second connection portion of another continuous honeycomb core material section are connected to form the connecting structure.

SKIN PATCH FOR SUN PROTECTION
A skin patch for the UV protection is contemplated as being formed from a vulcanized silicone substrate, an adhesive gel coating adhered to the internal surface of the silicone substrate, and a release liner removably attached to the adhesive gel coating, wherein following removal of the release liner from the adhesive gel coating, the coating is operative to enable adherence of the skin patch to skin. The skin patch is further contemplated as being operative to at least partially absorb solar ultraviolet radiation via the vulcanized silicone substate or the adhesive coating additionally comprising at least one UV-blocking compound having an absorption peak in the ultraviolet spectrum.

Provided is a gel nail sticker including: a lower laminated part which is a part directly attached to a nail or a toenail, and has a color or a pattern, and is formed of a flexible material to correspond to a curved surface of the nail or the toenail; and an upper laminated part which is a transparent coated layer positioned on the lower laminated part and providing glossiness to a color or a pattern of the lower laminated part, and is in a flexible semi-solid state to correspond to the curved surface of the nail or the toenail before being attached to the nail or the toenail, and is cured to a solid state while maintaining a form attached to the nail or the toenail when an ultraviolet ray is irradiated to the upper laminated part after the upper laminated part is attached to the nail or the toenail.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A FLOORBOARD
A method for producing a floorboard having a topside veneer includes forming a multilayer body which includes a starting carrier plate, a plurality of veneers placed on the starting carrier plate so that a gap is formed between neighboring ones of the veneers, a resin layer including a resin provided between the starting carrier plate and the veneers, and a balancing layer arranged on a bottom side of the starting carrier plate; joining the starting carrier plate, the resin layer, the veneers and the balancing layer by pressing the multilayer body in a press; separating the multilayer body into individual boards between the neighboring veneers in a region of the gap; profiling the individual boards at side borders of the boards; and providing the individual boards with joining means.
Scuff-removing pad
A scuff-removing pad is provided that includes a piece of vinyl or linoleum sandwiched between two similarly shaped pieces of adhesive backed felt. The materials are pressed together using 15 tons of pressure for maximum adhesive and then die cut to form the shape of the scuff-removing pad. Each pad has a small through hole to allow for the insertion and tying of a tether which is tied at an opposite end to a clip or other device for removable attachment to a custodian's belt. The scuff-removing pad is useful for the custodian to erase scuff marks from vinyl flooring or other solid flooring.
