Provided are a magnetic field shield sheet for a wireless charger, a method of manufacturing the sheet, and a receiver for the wireless charger by using the sheet. The sheet includes at least one layer thin magnetic sheet made of an amorphous ribbon separated into a plurality of fine pieces; a protective film that is adhered on one surface of the thin magnetic sheet via a first adhesive layer provided on one side of the protective film; and a double-sided tape that is adhered on the other surface of the thin magnetic sheet via a second adhesive layer provided on one side of the double-sided adhesive tape, wherein gaps among the plurality of fine pieces are filled by some parts of the first and second adhesive layers, to thereby isolate the plurality of fine pieces.
Fiber-Reinforced Thermoplastic Laminate
A fiber-reinforced thermoplastic laminate is disclosed that comprises continuous reinforcing fiber. The laminate is custom designed and fabricated to be molded into a specific article of manufacture. The laminate comprises a plurality of thermoplastic patches that are disjoint and some of which partially overlap.
FOAMED PVC BOARD AND A METHOD OF MAKING A FOAMED PVC BOARD
In a method of forming a foamed PVC board, a foamed PVC core is formed to have about 1% to about 40% fly ash by weight for adhesion enhancement. Film is laminated to the foamed PVC core with an adhesive between the foamed PVC core and the film. The fly ash in the PVC core enhances the adhesion between the foamed PVC core and the film 120 is increased and resists delamination of the film. A PVC board includes a foamed PVC core, an adhesive, and a film. The foamed PVC core has about 1% to about 40% fly ash by weight for enhanced adhesion between the film and the foamed PVC core. The film is laminated to the foamed PVC core with the adhesive between the foamed PVC core and the film.
Fiber-Reinforced Thermoplastic Laminate
A fiber-reinforced thermoplastic laminate is disclosed that comprises continuous reinforcing fiber. The laminate is custom designed and fabricated to be molded into a specific article of manufacture. Some or all of the continuous reinforcing fiber are severed at precise locations based on the geometric and physical requirements of the article of manufacture to facilitate molding while preserving most of the strength provided by continuous reinforcing fiber.

The anvil roll is configured such that the anvil roll surface advances at an anvil roll surface speed. The feed roll is configured to rotate at a first feed roll surface speed that is slower than the anvil roll surface speed and a second feed roll surface speed that is substantially the same as the anvil roll surface speed when the cutting element cuts the web material.
