Bonding method of touch-control display panel, touch-control display panel and electronic device
A bonding method of a touch-control display panel, a touch-control display panel and an electronic device are provided. The bonding method includes: fixing a glass cover plate, and adhering a first adhesive on the glass cover plate in a circumferential direction of a non-display area of the glass cover plate; stretching a capacitive film to make it flat, aligning and bonding the capacitive film with the glass cover plate to adhesive the capacitive film and the glass cover plate by the first adhesive; at a side of the capacitive film facing away from the glass cover plate, adhering a second adhesive on the capacitive film in the circumferential direction corresponding to the non-display area; and aligning and bonding a display screen with the capacitive film to adhesive the display screen and the capacitive film by the second adhesive. At least the first adhesive is a double-sided adhesive.
METHODS TO MANUFACTURE A BUILDING PANEL WITH BEVEL
A building panel and a method for manufacturing such a building panel where the building panel may be e.g. a floor panel or wall panel. The method including joining a substrate material and a sublayer material to form a substrate and a sublayer of the building panel. The method further includes applying a surface layer on the sublayer, applying pressure to form the building panel, and forming a bevel along at least one edge of the building panel by means of a pressing device. The sublayer is configured to be at least partly plastically deformable when pressure is applied in order to at least form the bevel of the building panel.
Method of providing insulation to a structure
The present invention relates to a method of providing thermal and/or acoustic insulation to a structure, comprising the steps of: providing a substrate which comprises fibres; applying the substrate to the structure; blending the substrate with a binder composition before, during or after application of the substrate to the structure; allowing curing of the binder composition after the substrate and the binder composition have been applied to the structure; wherein the binder composition comprises at least one hydrocolloid. The present invention also relates to an insulated structure obtainable by said method.
STRUCTURAL PANEL WITH EXTERIOR INSULATING FOAM LAYER
A multi-layer panel product for use as structural sheathing. The panel product comprises a base manufactured-wood structural panel, such as OSB or plywood, with a factory-applied foam layer affixed to the exterior or outward-facing surface. The foam layer provides thermal resistance as an insulation layer. The foam layer also may act as an air and bulk water barrier. The foam layer may be expanded polystyrene (XPS) foam sheets.
SYSTEM FOR FORMING A ROOFING MEMBRANE, AND ASSOCIATED METHOD
A method includes obtaining a first roll of a first sheet comprising thermoplastic polyolefin and having a width of at least 60 inches; obtaining a second roll of a second sheet comprising thermoplastic polyolefin and having a width of at least 60 inches; heating at least a portion of a width of the first sheet with hot air from a hot air knife to form a heated first sheet; and compressing the heated first sheet and the second sheet between two rollers, to form a laminated roofing membrane, where the heated first sheet and the second sheet directly contact one another without a scrim layer disposed between the heated first sheet and the second sheet.
Product piercing tag
A tag is configured to be inserted into a product. The tag includes a label portion and an insertion portion. The label portion has a first width. The insertion portion extends from the label portion, has a second width that is less than the first width, and has a length. An elongated wire extends along the length of the insertion portion to at least a part of the label portion. The tag has sufficient rigidity to enable a user to hold the label portion and force the insertion portion into the product. In another aspect, a method of attaching a tag to a product is described. The method includes holding the label portion and forcing the insertion portion into the product.
Transversely extensible continuous elastic laminate, and a method for producing the same
A transversally extensible elastic laminar web including a support web having a continuous edge portion sandwiched between two corresponding edge portions of two overlapped webs and a plurality of tabs extending from the edge portion outside the two overlapped webs, wherein each tab has a respective micro-hook pad fixed to a planar surface, and wherein the planar surface of each tab has a portion which completely surrounds the respective micro-hook pad.
Conductive film laminate and method of fabricating the same
A conductive film laminate according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a carrier substrate, a conductive film liner on the carrier substrate, and a conductive adhesive film formed on the conductive film liner. The conductive film liner and the conductive adhesive film may form a cut pattern which does not cover the entire carrier substrate. The conductive adhesive film having a narrow width can be stably supplied on the carrier substrate. The conductive adhesive film may be used as an anisotropic conductive film for a bonding process of a touch sensor.
Continuous manufacturing equipment of elastic three-dimensional fabric and continuous manufacturing method thereof
A continuous manufacturing equipment of an elastic three-dimensional fabric and a continuous manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The continuous manufacturing equipment includes: a film conveying device having a thermal melting film and a conveying mechanism; a cutting device used for cutting a plurality of cutting gaps on the thermal melting film; a first fabric laminating device adhering an outer fabric on one surface of the thermal melting film; and a second fabric laminating device adhering an elastic fabric on another surface of the thermal melting film in a manner of elastically stretching and then elastically recovering. As such, effects of automatic, continuous, and simple steps in manufacturing and having a high yield rate are provided.
METHODS OF FABRICATION OF COMPOUND LIGHT-GUIDE OPTICAL ELEMENTS HAVING EMBEDDED COUPLING-IN REFLECTORS
A stack has first and second faces and multiple LOEs that each has two parallel major surfaces and a first plurality of parallel internal facets oblique to the major surfaces. A first block has third and fourth faces and a second plurality of parallel internal facets. The first block and the stack are bonded such that the second face joins the third face and the first and second facets are non-parallel, forming a second block. The second block is cut at a plane passing through the first face, forming a first structure having an interfacing surface. A third block has fifth and sixth faces and a plurality of parallel internal reflectors. The third block and the first structure are bonded such that fifth face joins the interfacing surface and the internal reflectors are non-parallel to all the facets, forming a second structure. Compound LOEs are sliced-out from the second structure.
