An extruded multilayer film includes a top layer comprising a blend of a polyolefin and adsorbent silica. The adsorbent silica is 5% or more of the blend and the polyolefin is 95% or less of the blend. The multilayer film is oriented in at least one direction to cause fracturing of the top layer to provide a microporous surface exposing the adsorbent silica gel. The fractured top layer is receptive to receiving a printing ink on an exposed surface thereof with enhanced pigment entrapment and rapid ink drying. A single layer film in the form of the top layer, and also oriented in at least one direction also constitutes a part of this invention.

Provided are a manufacturing method for a composite wafer and a composite wafer obtained by using the manufacturing method, the manufacturing method including: preparing a first substrate in which a first layer of any one of oxides, oxynitrides, and nitrides is disposed on one surface; preparing a second substrate in which a second layer of any one of oxides, oxynitrides, and nitrides is disposed on one surface; forming a silicon layer on a surface of one of the first layer or the second layer; activating, with plasma, a surface of at least one of the silicon layer or another of the first layer or the second layer; and bonding the first substrate and the second substrate.

FLEXIBLE PACKAGING STRUCTURE WITH A BUILT-IN OPENING AND RECLOSE FEATURE

A flexible packaging laminate is formed to have a built-in opening and reclose feature by forming the laminate as a two-part structure having an outer structure joined in face-to-face relation with an inner structure. Score lines are formed in both structures to enable an opening to be formed through the laminate by lifting an opening portion (e.g., a flap or the like) of the two structures out of the plane of the laminate. The score line through the outer structure defines a larger opening than the score line through the inner structure, such that a marginal region of the outer structure extends beyond the edge of the opening portion of the inner structure. A pressure-sensitive adhesive is used to re-adhere the marginal region to an underlying surface of the inner structure adjacent the opening through the laminate.

Waterproof and Wear-Resistant Composite Floor and Production Method
20210309003 · 2021-10-07 ·

A production method for a waterproof and wear-resistant composite floor, comprising: first manufacturing a PVC composite layer preform (3); then performing a corona treatment and a punching treatment on a soft cushion layer (2); and finally, compounding, at one time, the PVC composite layer preform (3), the soft cushion layer (2) and a waterproof substrate layer (1) into one. Said process is simple and easy to implement, shortening the production cycle, reducing the manpower and material resources required by the production process and reducing the production cost; moreover, the waterproof and wear-resistant composite floor produced has a simple structure, and also has very good waterproof and wear-resistant performance; in addition, the waterproof and wear-resistant composite floor will not swell, and will also not split into layers or deform easily.
