Needle-punched structures containing recycled fibers
Textiles are re-cycled by grinding and scatter-laying onto a needle-punched web optionally containing low-melting material, followed by laying a second needle-punched web over the scattered layer and re-needling the three layers before applying heat or heat and pressure to activate the low-melting ground material present within the layers. Additional low-melt ground material is optionally blended into the ground textile if low melt components are absent or insufficient to bond the composite. The ground material is driven and dispersed into the surrounding web layers with at least part of the material being adjacent the two outer surfaces. The physical properties of the composite can be adjusted by selecting suitable combinations including but not limited to needling stroke depth, needling density, needle gage, low-melt content, heat finishing conditions, and relative layer weights. The final composites can optionally be reintroduced into the original end use and include significant percentages of recycled material.

A KIND OF MULTI-LAYER ARTIFICIAL LEATHER AND A PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR, AN AUTOMOTIVE SEAT AND AN AUTOMOBILE
An artificial leather includes a resin layer as the surface and a base fabric connected to the resin layer as the substrate. The base fabric comprises at least two monolayer structures arranged in an orderly manner as two laminates. Each monolayer structure is woven with some of the warp yarns and/or weft yarns in such layer or with some of the warp yarns and/or weft yarns in one or more other layers to form a number of connecting points, such that at least two monolayer structures arranged in an orderly manner as two laminates are connected with each other in the weaving process, forming a multi-layer integrated base fabric. The artificial leather incorporates a number of air vent holes distributed in the resin layer and the base fabric in the direction of thickness while retaining mechanical properties of tensile strength and tear resistance.
Film, roll and adhesive tape
A film that is excellent in easy cuttability and linear cuttability and suppressed in breakability in processing, and a roll and a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape that includes the film. The film has the tensile strength in one direction is 1.1 to 2.5 kN/m and the tensile strength in a direction orthogonal to the one direction is 3.0 to 10 kN/m, or the tensile strain at tensile strength in one direction is 50 to 150% and the tensile strain at tensile strength in a direction orthogonal to the one direction is 8 to 20%.

The present application provides a foldable display device, a manufacturing method thereof, and a jig. The foldable display device includes a folding region, a non-folding region, a flexible display panel, and a functional layer attached through an adhesive layer. In a pre-bent state of the foldable display device, an angle between portions of the foldable display device corresponding to the non-folding region on two opposite sides of the folding region is greater than 0 degree and less than 180 degrees. A stress of a portion of the adhesive layer corresponding to the folding region is less than or equal to a first predetermined threshold.
Closed loop feedback press
The pressing of an article is achieved with a closed-loop feedback press. The closed-loop feedback press is effective to measure an amount of pressure applied and adjust the pressure to achieve a prescribed amount of compression on the article. Further, the press may leverage a closed-loop feedback system to maintain a consistent temperature of one or more platens. The press is able to adjust a pressure applied one or more times during a pressing operation to accelerate a temperature change in the pressed article while reducing the pressure applied as the temperature approaches a target temperature to limit unintentional deformation and bleeding of the pressed material of the article.

A dehumidifying element includes a plurality of sheets that have moisture adsorption and desorption properties and that are stacked on top of each another. At least some of the sheets each have an irregular shape. The sheets each contain a hygroscopic agent having properties of a re-moistening-type glue that exhibits adherence when adsorbing moisture and that solidifies when being dried. The sheets are bonded to each other by the hygroscopic agent.

A process for making a card includes the steps of forming a core layer having a first surface and a second surface, disposing an uncured decorative ceramic layer of ceramic particles disposed in a resin binder over the first surface of the core layer, such as by spray coating, and curing the uncured decorative ceramic layer to form a cured decorative ceramic layer. Card products of the process may have a core layer of metal, ceramic, or a combination thereof that form a bulk of the card.

A method for manufacturing a cellular structure having first and second faces, rows of cells each alternatingly having first cells, which are open in the direction of the first face, second cells, which are open in the direction of the second face, and also third cells formed between each row of cells, each row of cells comprising first and second strips of material placed against one another. The first and second strips of material are shaped by bending. By contrast to plastic deformation, shaping by bending makes it possible to expand the choice of materials and thicknesses for the first and second strips of material. An advantageous cellular structure is thus obtained as well as an acoustic absorption coating comprising such a cellular structure.
Process of manufacturing thickened angle ring
Disclosed is a process of manufacturing a thickened angle ring. The process includes the steps of: soaking wet paper into deionized water for 1 hour; beating bonding surfaces of the two pieces of wet paper into fuzzed and rough surfaces; placing a heat resisting polyester film and a nylon net on a mold, and placing one fuzzed wet paper on the mold in contact with the nylon net on smooth side thereof; placing the other wet paper in contact with the fuzzed surface of the previous wet paper on fuzzed side thereof, and beating until the wet paper fits the mold; placing a further heat resisting polyester film and a further nylon net on the two pieces of wet paper for pressing.
