Magnetic utensil holding device
A utensil holder is described. The holder includes a base portion and a sidewall portion coupled to a periphery of and extending outward from the base portion. The sidewall portion and the base portion define a utensil receiving portion. An opening of the base portion receives a first magnetic component therein. At least one securement mechanism engaged to the sidewall portion secures the utensil in the utensil receiving portion. A material is affixed at one end to a location on the sidewall portion and is affixed at another end to a second magnetic component. The first and second magnetic component are of opposing polarities such that when the second magnetic component is placed beneath a surface the holder is resting on, the first magnetic component is configured in a magnetic attraction with the second magnetic component to maintain a location of the holder on the surface.
Magnetic utensil holding device
A utensil holder is described. The holder includes a base portion and a sidewall portion coupled to a periphery of and extending outward from the base portion. At least one securement mechanism engaged to the sidewall portion secures the utensil in the utensil receiving portion. A material is affixed at one end to a location on the sidewall portion and is affixed at another end to a second magnetic component. The first and second magnetic component are of opposing polarities such that when the second magnetic component is placed beneath a surface the holder is resting on, the first magnetic component is configured in a magnetic attraction with the second magnetic component to maintain a location of the holder on the surface.
SUPPORT STAND FOR FILLING BEVERAGE CONTAINERS
The present invention relates generally to support stands for beverage containers. The support stand includes a base that is in contact with a support surface, such as a table. The base is connected to a container support that is configured to securely hold and support a beverage container, for example a thermos or coffee mug. The support stand is configured to support the beverage container at a mostly vertical angle, whether the support stand is manufactured at a fixed angle or whether the support stand is capable of being set at specific angles. The angle of the support stand allows the beverage container to be properly aligned and placed under the dispenser of a drink machine, such as a coffee maker or soda machine. The support stand thus allows for hand-free filling of the beverage container without the need for supervision or the fear of spilling.

The invention relates to a device (10) for displaceably positioning a kitchen appliance (11) on a working surface (12), comprising a displacement means (13) for displacing the kitchen appliance (11) on the working surface (12), wherein the displacement means (13) is designed for installation in a ground area (14) of a base unit (16) of the kitchen appliance (11), and a displacement means (15) for displacing the displacement means (13) between a deactivated state (Z1) of the displacement means (13) for positioning the displacement means (13) spaced from the working surface (12) and an activated state (Z2) of the displacement means (13) for positioning at least a part of the displacement means (13) on the working surface (12) for displacing the kitchen appliance (11). An exemplary storage rack comprising a storage rack structure section having a rack support, said support comprising an elongated member with a hanging end and a connecting end distal from the hanging end, wherein the hanging end and the connecting end comprise respective connector apertures, an accessory support comprising an elongated member disposed substantially perpendicular to the rack support, wherein the accessory support is substantially bisected by the rack support, and wherein the rack support and the accessory support are formed from a single strand of a thread-like structure. The storage rack may comprise a plurality of sections interconnected by connector apertures at a connecting end of one section and a hanging end of another section. The thread-like structure may be wire and connector apertures may comprise a perimeter twist advantageously permitting individual sections of an interconnected plurality of storage rack structure sections to swivel while supporting a heavy load.

Disclosed is a system for storing various bakeware items in an organized and efficient manner. The bakeware caddy may include a short divider orthogonal to a left wall, a right wall, and a bottom surface; and a long divider orthogonal to the short divider and the bottom surface. Accordingly, the caddy may comprise one or more pockets, for example a rear pocket, a left pocket, and a right pocket, formed by disposition of the one or more walls and dividers. A strap may be disposed on the outer circumference of the caddy, the strap comprising one or more ends magnetically engaged. Thus, reversible magnet adherence of the strap ends may enable withdrawal and placement of bakeware items within the caddy. The caddy and the components thereof may be composed of various materials to enable rigidity and support and may be further covered in fabric to prevent damage to the bakeware items.
