The present invention relates to a novel cookware lid and utensil holder device that safely and securely stores hot cookware lids and/or utensils while cooking without placing the items on a countertop and/or stovetop. The device comprises a base unit and a tubular, metal stand comprising at least one U-shaped component that receives a cookware lid and/or utensil. Users place cookware lids and/or utensils on the U-shaped component for storage while cooking. Further, the device can be positioned near a stovetop, preventing users from having to place hot cookware lids and/or utensils directly on the stovetop and/or countertop.

A mobile kitchen unit includes a storage container, a first module, and a second module. The first module can include a sink for receiving water. The first module can be positioned within the storage container and mounted on a first set of rails such that it can slide at least partially out from the storage container. The second module can have a stove and propane tank in one example. The second module can be positioned within the first module and mounted on a second set of rails such that the second module can slide at least partially out from the first module. In one example, the first and second modules are independently slidable with respect to one another. In an example, the second module can fit substantially within the first module with the stove and propane tank still attached to the second module.

A cutting board with one or more cut-out sections is provided. Each cut-out is defined by a ledge, and one or more containers may be installed in a cut-out, by engaging their rims/edges with a cut-out ledge. After installation, and during use of the cutting board, no container extends above a work surface of the cutting board. Therefore, food ingredients, remnants, scraps, and so on can be easily and directly scraped or otherwise moved from the work surface to the installed containers. A portion of the cutting board that comprises the work surface is placed on a counter or other support and may be weighted to offset the weight of the containers, which overlie open space or an area lower than the counter (e.g., a sink).

A cutting board with one or more cut-out sections is provided. Each cut-out is defined by a ledge, and one or more containers may be installed in a cut-out, by engaging their rims/edges with a cut-out ledge. A utensil holding device is disclosed. The device includes one or more removeable and adjustable arms, a continuous rod having a plurality of sections including a first section configured for insertion into the ground, a second section configured to abut the ground and provide support, and a third section configured to receive the one or more removeable and adjustable arms. The sections are preferably integrally connected and formed of a continuous rod having a plurality of bends. Certain embodiments of the one or more removeable and adjustable arms are formed of a disc-shaped end and an elongated rod. The disc-shaped end is a partially folded disc in some embodiments.

A utensil holding device is disclosed. The device includes one or more removeable and adjustable arms, a continuous rod having a plurality of sections including a first section configured for insertion into the ground, a second section configured to abut the ground and provide support, and a third section configured to receive the one or more removeable and adjustable arms. The sections are preferably integrally connected and formed of a continuous rod having a plurality of bends. Certain embodiments of the one or more removeable and adjustable arms are formed of a disc-shaped end and an elongated rod. The disc-shaped end is a partially folded disc in some embodiments.

The apparatus has an upright support element attached to the base via a base element, and the upright support element is prevented from rotating in relation to the base element by nature of projections on the upright support element and corresponding indentations on the base element. Further, the apparatus has a horizontal cross member affixed to an upper end of the upright support element, and a holding element extends outwardly at an angle therefrom. The holding element has one or more projections which serve to affix the holding element to the horizontal support element, which itself has apertures and indentations that are complementary in geometry to the projections of the holding element.
