PLANT AND METHOD FOR LAMINATING CORRUGATED CARDBOARD
A plant for laminating cardboard, and in particular corrugated cardboard, by an adhesive plastics film, is provided. The plant has a supply station configured to supply a succession of single rough cardboard sheets in a feeding direction, an application station arranged in the sheet feeding direction and having an application roller configured to unwrap and apply the adhesive plastics film to a rough cardboard sheet so that the adhesive plastics film adheres to each rough cardboard sheet of the succession of rough cardboard sheets to form a succession of coated cardboard sheets and to advance each coated cardboard sheet of the succession of coated cardboard sheets in the feeding direction. A method for laminating cardboard, and in particular corrugated cardboard, using an adhesive plastics film is also provided.
COIL COATING PROCESS
The present invention relates to a method for surface coating a plane metal substrate, the method comprising the following steps: Providing a coiled plane metal substrate; unwinding the coiled plane metal substrate; applying a polyester based adhesive onto a top surface of the unwound plane metal substrate, and laminating a film comprising a base acrylic layer onto the polyester based adhesive, thereby forming a laminated assembly. The invention further relates to a pre-coated metal substrate obtainable by the method according to the invention, and to a product comprising a pre-coated metal substrate according to the invention.
Process for making a flexible foil heater
A method of making a metal foil heater comprising transferring a line image of a heater circuit to cutter and cutting the foil into a metal foil construction before affixing plastic sheets to both sides while attaching wires configured to supply current to the heater.
Method of manufacturing display unit
A method of manufacturing a display unit including: preparing an optical film; forming a first alignment mark on the optical film; forming a cut-out line, corresponding to a predetermined closed curve layout, on the optical film based on a position of the first alignment mark; preparing a panel having a second alignment mark; aligning the optical film and the panel based on the positions of the first alignment mark and the second alignment mark; and laminating the optical film, after the processing of forming the cut-out line, on the panel.
FLEXIBLE DISPLAY PANEL AND METHOD OF FABRICATING FLEXIBLE DISPLAY PANEL
A flexible display panel has an active region and a peripheral region surrounding the active region. The flexible display panel includes a barrier layer, a flexible layer, a display device array and a driving IC. The barrier layer has a first opening. The flexible layer is disposed on the barrier layer, and filled into the first opening of the barrier layer. The display device array is disposed on the flexible layer and located in the active region. The driving IC is disposed on the flexible layer, electrically connected to the display device array and corresponding to the first opening of the barrier layer.
Structural rework of cellular core panels
Methods for reworking structures and reworked cellular core panels, reworked structures comprising the reworked cellular core panels, and guides and cutting apparatuses for reworking cellular acoustic panels and reworking cellular acoustic and non-acoustic panels are disclosed.
SLITTING DEVICE, SLITTING METHOD, AND LAMINATED TAPE
A laminated film, including an adhesive layer peelably laminated on a base film, and a carrier film overlapping each other are passed between a bladed roller including a plurality of disk-shaped slitting blades arranged at a pitch of 0.5 mm or less and an anvil roller with the laminated film on the bladed roller side to slit the laminated film by score cutting. The slitting blades have a blade angle of 30° or less. By doing so, the laminated film including the adhesive layer peelably laminated on the base film is silt to have a tape width of 0.5 mm or less in such a way that the base film and the adhesive layer do not peel apart and the protrusion of the adhesive layer is suppressed.
Manufacturing method and manufacturing device of flexible display panel
A manufacturing method and a manufacturing device of a flexible panel are provided. the flexible panel includes a bending area, and the manufacturing method includes: providing a panel unit including a flexible substrate and a back film which are laminated, the panel unit including a panel area corresponding to the flexible panel and a non-panel area outside the panel area; and removing the non-panel area of the panel unit while peeling off a peelable portion of the back film in the bending area of the flexible panel.
APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DISPLAY DEVICE
An apparatus for manufacturing a display device and a method for manufacturing a display device includes a stage; a first guide unit positioned on one side of the stage in a first direction and extending in a second direction crossing the first direction; and a first peeling unit disposed on the first guide unit, wherein the first peeling unit includes a first moving part configured to move along the first guide unit, a first rotating part coupled to the other side of the first moving part in the first direction and configured to rotate about an axis extending in the first direction, and a first gripping part coupled to the other side of the first rotating part in the first direction and disposed to overlap the stage.
Apparatus and Method for Separating a Composite Safety Glass Panel
An apparatus for separating a composite safety glass panel along at least one predefinable dividing line, wherein the composite safety glass panel has at least one composite film and at least two glass panels, wherein the composite film is arranged between the glass panels and connects the glass panels to each other, the apparatus having at least one separating means for separating the glass panels along the at least one dividing line and at least one heating means for heating the composite film at least along the dividing line. The invention further relates to a method for separating a composite safety glass panel. A method and an apparatus for separating a composite safety glass panel, wherein the cycle times for separating are shortened, are realized in that the heating means has at least one laser device having at least one plurality of laser radiation sources arranged adjacent to each other, and wherein a plurality of adjacently arranged individual intensity profiles for heating the composite film at least along a portion of the dividing line can be produced by means of the laser device.
