RESIN SHEET HAVING HAIR-LIKE BODIES AND MOLDED ARTICLE THEREOF
A resin sheet having: a surface layer having hair-like bodies arranged regularly on one surface thereof; and a second layer directly laminated to a surface opposite that of the hair-like bodies of the surface layer, the surface layer comprising a thermoplastic polyurethane resin and the second layer comprising a polymer alloy resin of a polycarbonate-based resin and a polyester-based and resin.
INTERIOR TRIM FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE, COMPRISING A HEADLINER AND A STIFFENING FRAME AND METHOD FOR THEIR MANUFACTURE
The disclosure provides an interior trim part for a motor vehicle having a sliding or panoramic roof comprising a headliner and a stiffening frame attached to the headliner and enclosing and stabilizing an opening in the headliner enclosing the sliding or panoramic window, the stiffening frame being made of a fiber-reinforced composite material comprising a fiber mat and a textile lattice material, the textile lattice material being applied over a surface of the fiber mat and impregnated together therewith.
RUBBER RESIN MATERIAL WITH HIGH THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY AND METAL SUBSTRATE WITH HIGH THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY
A rubber resin material with high thermal conductivity and a metal substrate with high thermal conductivity are provided. The rubber resin material includes inorganic fillers and a rubber resin composition with high thermal conductivity. The rubber resin composition with high thermal conductivity includes 40 wt % to 70 wt % of a liquid rubber, 10 wt % to 30 wt % of a polyphenylene ether resin, and 20 wt % to 40 wt % of a crosslinker. A molecular weight of the liquid rubber ranges from 800 g/mol to 6000 g/mol. The inorganic fillers undergo a surface modification process to have at least one of an acryl group and an ethylene group.
Roofing shingle
A roofing shingle including a lower layer including a headlap and a plurality of tabs extending from the headlap, and an upper layer including one or more fingers, wherein the one or more fingers are disconnected from one another, and wherein each of the one or more fingers is disposed on one tab of the plurality of tabs, wherein a number of the plurality of tabs is different than a number of the one or more fingers. In an embodiment, the lower layer is a lowermost layer of the roofing shingle. In another embodiment, the roofing shingle further includes an alignment feature disposed in an exposure zone of the roofing shingle, wherein the alignment features is adapted to permit alignment of adjacent roofing shingles during installation on a roof.
SUPPORT SHEET, FLEXIBLE DISPLAY SCREEN AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
Provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure are a support sheet for supporting a flexible display screen, a flexible display screen and an electronic device. The flexible display screen support sheet includes a carbon fiber substrate and an epoxy resin adhesive. The carbon fiber substrate includes first carbon fibers in a first direction and a second carbon fibers in a second direction, and the first direction being different from and angled with the second direction.
Low adsorption sealant film, laminated body, and packaging bag
The invention provides a sealant film that is less likely to adsorb components formed of various types of organic compounds, has excellent heat sealing characteristics at 140° C., while having low heat sealing strength at 100° C. and being less likely for heat sealing layers to adhere to each other even when the film is used as a packaging bag and the content thereof is warmed in boiling water. The sealant film has at least one heat sealing layer consisting of a polyester component, wherein a heat sealing strength of the heat sealing layer being heat sealed to another heat sealing layer at 100° C. and 0.2 MPa for 2 seconds is 0-5 N/15 mm and at 140° C. and 0.2 MPa for 2 seconds is 8-30 N/15 mm, and a film density including all layers is 1.20 or more and less than 1.39.
Thermal insulation liners
Provided herein are products, methods, and kits, for use in regulating the temperature of an object. The present invention relates to thermal insulating liners for regulating the temperature of perishable goods or temperature sensitive products. The thermal insulating liners generally may be dimensioned to fit within a container. The thermal insulating liners may be quickly collapsed and reconstructed to improve stackability and diminish the amount of space required to store the thermal insulating liners prior to use.
Flexible packaging material
Described herein is a process for preparing a flexible packaging material. The process may comprise: providing a printed first flexible substrate comprising an ink composition on a surface of a first flexible substrate, the ink composition comprising a first thermoplastic resin; depositing a further composition comprising a cross-linker, a white pigment and a second thermoplastic resin onto the printed ink composition such that the thermoplastic resin of the ink composition is cross-linked; and laminating the first flexible substrate with a second flexible substrate such that the ink composition, the further composition and the cross-linker are disposed between the first and second flexible substrates.
Coextruded, crosslinked polyolefin foam with KEE cap layers
The present disclosure is directed to a physically crosslinked, closed cell continuous multilayer foam structure comprising at least one foam polypropylene/polyethylene layer with a KEE cap layer. The multilayer foam structure can be obtained by coextruding a multilayer structure comprising at least one foam layer composition layer with at least one cap layer composition layer, irradiating the coextruded structure with ionizing radiation, and continuously foaming the irradiated structure.
