BARRIER FILM AND PACKAGING MATERIAL
An object of the present invention is to provide a barrier film whose gas barrier properties hardly deteriorate even after a retort treatment and after a Gelboflex test. The barrier film of the present invention includes a barrier coat layer, an inorganic oxide deposition layer, and a substrate layer, in this order, wherein the barrier coat layer has a hardness of 1.10 GPa or more and 1.55 GPa or less, and a plastic deformation rate of 21.0% or more.
THERMOPLASTIC POLYURETHANE FILM AND MULTILAYER FILM
Problem to be Solved
A thermoplastic polyurethane film that is capable of achieving a stress relaxation property regardless of the type of polyol, while having good pasting workability, as well as a multilayer film using the same, is provided.
Solution
The thermoplastic polyurethane film is constituted by a reaction product obtained by using dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate (H.sub.12MDI). This enables the thermoplastic polyurethane film and the multilayer film to have a good stress relaxation property regardless of the type of polyol, and to have excellent pasting workability.
METALIZED FILM AND FILM CAPACITOR INCLUDING METALIZED FILM
A metalized film includes a dielectric film having a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The dielectric film has a film thickness of 1 to 3 μm. The first surface has an arithmetic mean height. The second surface has an arithmetic mean height. The arithmetic mean heights are different. The first surface has a maximum height Sz1 satisfying the expression 100 nm<Sz1≤350 nm. The second surface has a maximum height Sz2 satisfying the expression 10 nm≤Sz2≤100 nm. The metalized film includes a metal film on the second surface.
RESIN COMPOSITION FOR SOLAR CELL ENCAPSULANT, SOLAR CELL ENCAPSULANT, MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SOLAR CELL ENCAPSULANT, AND SOLAR CELL MODULE
A resin composition for a solar cell encapsulant that is used for forming a solar cell encapsulant, the resin composition including at least one kind of ethylene-polar monomer copolymer (A1) selected from an ethylene-vinyl ester copolymer and an ethylene-unsaturated carboxylic acid ester copolymer, an epoxy group-containing ethylene-based copolymer (A2) (excluding the ethylene-polar monomer copolymer (A1)), an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (B), and a metal inactivating agent (C).
RECYCLABLE RESEALABLE LAMINATE STRUCTURE
A recyclable flexible laminate for use in a packaging structure, and method of manufacture, comprising a first structure having an inner surface and an outer surface. The first structure comprises machine-direction oriented polyethylene or biaxially oriented polyethylene. The laminate also comprises a second structure having an inner surface and an outer surface, wherein the second structure is machine-direction oriented polyethylene or biaxially oriented polyethylene. The first structure and the second structure are adhesively laminated together using an adhesive.
RESIN COMPOSITION, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING RESIN COMPOSITION, MOLDED OBJECT, MULTILAYER STRUCTURE, AND PACKAGING BODY
A resin composition containing: a thermoplastic resin (A) that does not contain a polar group; a thermoplastic resin (B) that contains a polar group; an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (C) having an ethylene content of 20 to 60 mol %; an aliphatic carboxylic acid (D) having 3 or more carbon atoms; and an aliphatic carboxylic acid metal salt (E) that is a metal salt of the aliphatic carboxylic acid (D), wherein a metal species of (E) is at least one selected from the group consisting of elements belonging to the fourth period d-block in the long periodic table, the content of (A) is 66 to 99 wt. % with respect to the total sum of contents of the resin composition, and the content of (C) is 0.1 to 25 wt. % with respect to the total sum of the contents of the resin composition.
Display device and electronic device having same
An example display device includes a display element having at least one portion which can be changed into a curved shape; and a flexible window member stacked onto the display element, wherein the thickness of a portion of the window member is less than that of the other portions.
Moisture barrier laminate
An object of the present invention is to provide a moisture barrier laminate including a moisture trapping layer that maximizes its moisture trapping performance and exhibits an excellent moisture barrier property. The moisture barrier laminate of the present invention includes a gas barrier film substrate A having a gas barrier layer a1 and a moisture trapping layer B formed on the film substrate A as a base. On a surface of the moisture trapping layer B opposite to the film substrate A, a protective resin layer C having a moisture permeability in a range of 4.0×10 to 5.0×10.sup.4 g/m.sup.2.Math.day at 40° C. and 90% RH is laminated.
SEALANT FILM, LAMINATE FILM, AND PACKAGING MATERIAL
A sealant film is provided in which a surface resin layer (A), an adhesive resin layer (B), a release resin layer (C), and a heat seal resin layer (D) are laminated. The adhesive resin layer (B) contains a thermoplastic elastomer (b1) and a tackifier resin (b2). The release resin layer (C) contains 40% by mass or more of an ethylene ionomer (c1) with a polar group concentration exceeding 5.5 mol % in a resin component contained in the release resin layer (C). The release resin layer (C) further contains 0 to 60% by mass of an ethylene ionomer (c2) with a polar group concentration of 5.5 mol % or less in the resin component contained in the release resin layer (C).
