Disclosed is an assembly arrangement system, comprising a feeding unit, a conveyor unit and an assembling unit. The feeding unit comprises a supplying part and a cutting part. The supplying part is provided with a prepreg and configured to supply the prepreg to the cutting part. The cutting part cuts the prepreg to continuously form one or more prepreg sheets. The conveyor unit receives and conveys the prepreg sheet. The assembling unit comprises a metal foil supplying part, a first assembling part and a second assembling part. The second assembling part assembles a plate and a metal foil from the metal foil supplying part with the prepreg sheet from the conveyor unit into an assembly, and the first assembling part bears the assembly. Also provided is an assembly manufacturing method.

PLASTER BOARDS AND METHODS FOR MAKING THEM
20240110376 · 2024-04-04 ·

The present disclosure relates to plaster boards and methods for making them. For example, one aspect of the disclosure is a plaster board comprising one or more continuous layers of material disposed within a body of hardened plaster material, the first side and second side of each continuous layer of material being substantially covered by the hardened plaster material. In certain such embodiments, each continuous layer of material includes a polymer (e.g., a damping polymer) disposed on a carrier sheet. Another aspect of the disclosure relates to a method for making a plaster board that involves drying a wet body of plaster material while a continuous layer of material or precursor therefor is disposed within it.

Joint seal system having internal barrier and external wings
10480654 · 2019-11-19 · ·

An integral multilayer joint seal. Layers of foam, layered co-planar to the adjacent surface, are interspersed with a barrier layer which extends beyond the foam layers to provide a protective surface, a surface for attachment atop adjacent substrates, or a connecting tab for use with adjacent joint seals. The foam layers may be uncompressed or partially compressed at the time of joint formation and may be composed of open or closed, or hybrid, cell foam. The foam may be impregnated with a fire retardant or may be composed of a fire retardant material, if desired. The barrier may have a tensile strength greater than the adjacent foam. The joint seal may have an elastomer, such as silicone, at its top and/or bottom, and may even include an elastomer layer within or about the barrier.
